My mother does not need it any more. Rep: Sorry. The service is in the name of your father. We will need him to request that it be ended. Customer: My Father has been dead for several years. He cannot request that the service be ended. Rep: I am sorry for that. But, we cannot end your telephone service unless he requests that it be ended.
