Gustave Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 And another study will come out in 25 years claiming that those who drink 6 ounces or less a day will experience health benefits. I recently read an article of a large study on the vegan diet that claimed vegans were 22% less likely to die by cardiac event that meat eaters BUT 20% more likely to die by stroke than meat eaters. Vegans and vegetarians may have higher stroke risk - BBC News There used to be this add on the radio about Krill oil and how its the best Omega 3 in the world and while the advertisement mentioned "studies" it seemed the primary proof was that the largest animal in the world eats Krill - so it has to be good. I'm all for science but wonder how much of it related to diet is profit driven. Quote
