So, there is zero doubt in my mind that the guy in the following video believes (with every cell in his body) that he is following God's wishes for his life and Pastoring his Church to the best of his ability. Additionally, you can bet your last dollar that the members of this "Church" also believe they are the remnant group and know beyond any doubt that they are following "real" Christian teaching.

Christian worship didn't look like anything like this in the first 3 centuries after the resurrection & Pastors were not "credentialed" by themselves or others outside the Apostolic Church.  Generally groups like this get started by people of very low education who have a platform to talk to others with even less education than themselves. In this way many odd teachings and ideas get brought into these "churches".
