It sure looks like a cover-up of some sort, all right. What's the big deal about Ken Lay? He was convicted and getting ready to go into prison when he died. I'm not a lawyer, but I'd guess that if you were getting ready to sue him for some reason, you might still be able to sue the estate. As a human being, I'm sorry he died, but it's still one less person in prison. Where are all the remarks about "We have all sinned"? Instead it seems he was just a poor sport that couldn't take the heat after being exposed, tried and convicted. Ken Lay's pastor was interviewed on the news and said good things about him. As I said, if a victim of Ken Lay's crime was thinking of sueing him, they may still be able to sue the estate. I just have a little problem with selection when it concerns salvation and concern over that. I did not follow his case and know little about him, but from what I gather he committed the unpardonable and got next to the $$$$$$'s of others. Biggest concern here seems to be if he was tacky enough to die before those harmed could get their hands on the money. I am sure the rush will be on to get to the head of the pack in the lawsuit line. Wonder how many have sympathy or compassion for his wife and family left to deal with it.
