Citing health and safety concerns, Minnesota Senator (and erstwhile presidential candidate) Amy Klobuchar introduced a bill on Thursday, July 22, 2021, dubbed “The Health Misinformation Act of 2021” that would hold tech companies responsible for allowing misinformation about vaccines and other health issues to spread online. In other words, if you say something about COVID-19 or vaccines or anything else that could be seen as “incorrect,” big tech would now have an obligation to censor you.

US citizens that are so enamored of this administration should read this over and over...Maybe in time it would sink in. The sheer number of SDA's in my area locally and on facebook supporting the trashing of our very unique and successful constitution is almost unbelievable. At least it is some encouragement to read some concerns over our constitutional rights. It has been slow in coming.

many seemed to be thrilled when the administration simply disregarded a Supreme Court ruling and took it upon themselves to say" don't worry guys, you don't need to pay your rent, stiff the landlord, we think that is fair. That is what dictators do, not the US. Free speech as we knew it has been gone for some months already, now dismissing the SC is acceptable. What next? 

Placing restrictions on our citizens while we invite covid across our borders by the thousands without masks and vaccinations is again being cheered by many americans. We can be prevented from attending church but we cant demand protection at our borders?

The prophet went to this Hamtic king telling a story about the most mighty cherub, YAHWEH covering messenger who only stood before HIM! This angel grasp the GLORY and POWER of THE MOST HIGH on all of the many precious stones created on his chest. He felt that catching this POWER and seeing the other angels covering themself when he left THE FATHER'S Throne. This went to his head and now he was created by THE ARCHANGEL MICHAEL. He begin to spread false speech and soon things begin to change in Heaven. THE FATHER call for the Heavenly host to stand before him and Lucifer showed who he really was and him and his angels were kicked out of Heaven!

Now, something similar took place here and the false big lie started. Instead of showing the unhealthy danger of the COVID the social media spread false news. So many have died because of this and we dare claim this is freedom of speech! If you go to court and swear to tell the truth but lie you will be charge and go to jail. So, if a so speech cause people to die it is not freedom it is words that kills and takes people's life.

It seems to be beyond your comprehension that there are decent God fearing people that do not place your opinion with scripture. Two of the first recognizable names to cast doubt on the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine with Biden and Harris in a childish and petty attempt to dismiss the accomplishment of a man they loathe.  Any news I listened to did not dismiss covid or advise against getting the vaccine. They did however caution care and research and discussing with your DR, before wholeheartedly endorsing the vaccine.  

My husband and I were both vaccinated. Not because of your claim that without it I was part of the Satan followers in the example you gave. I am an adult, I listened. First on my list was researching  those on both sides. Dr Fauci I personally did not like or trust from the first, others on both sides I was less than enthusiastic about. My responsibility and my choice when I checked risks on both sides but because of my husbands health the plus side was the vaccine. Many have died in the past due to wrong medical information from the FDA and the medical professionals. Is your opinion is they have lied?

In accepting new medicine proceed with caution. When I was pregnant with my second child I was sick 24/7. Weighed less at delivery then before I was pregnant. Maybe you remember Thalidomide. After hearing about it I checked with my Dr. Thankfully it was not available in the US so I escaped the heartbreak so many parents experienced. Dr's in other countries were raving about the miracle drug, the medical profession here tried to expediate approval in the US.

Safe, helping mothers thru the rigors of extreme nausea. There were those in the US that had the where withal did obtain it. Who was lying, the medical profession or those that advised caution? To many examples of error and to many that lie on the part of the professionals to blindly accept their assurances that "it is for your own good and that of your neighbors. One thing that might help is for the administration to correct his "big lie" at the border. The influx of illegal immigrrants, and those same bused to destinations within the US that are covid positive just might be a large part of the problem.  Haven't seen a mask among any of them, but crowds at the border mingling, not social mingling. A recent opinion piece suggested that people who refuse to be vaccinated and then occur major medical costs from Covid should be responsible for their own medical bills. Medicare, State assistance and private insurance would be off the hook. What that means is that those who have been vaccinated would not have to pay for those who refuse vaccination. That idea, or some form of it is a good plan. Same goes for smoking and alcoholism. People who indulge behaviors with known risks should not be underwritten by those who avoid those things.

I am one of the very few fortunate people that can consume as many calories per day as I wish. Never gain a pound. For those that can't , I am all for those that have health problems due to obesity not be able to obtain medical care unless they can pay for their care.  Like that.

All those crossing the border illegally that need medical care need to be denied as  well, many things we could apply this to. Bet there is a lot of smokers in the bunch. Certainly would eliminate a lot of unnecessary expense for unworthy people

The big lie is those who accept and spread untruths about COVID. This is because of sin in the world and it shows truly how you act. First, I am glad that you and your husband are vaccinated. There are babies dying daily from many causes. If the hysteria shown about  this  was shown about influenza we would be in a constant state of lockdown. You know the first cable news I use to watch was Fox and if I was not mistaken some of the older people on CNN and MSNBC came from Fox in the early 90's I loved it back then. Wallace was a younger man then. I use to watch CBS back when the had Walter Cronkite, Brian Williams was a great reporter. Those were the good old days. I truly miss it, there were still a lot of civil rights that need to improve for all people of color but their more honesty and love for one another. We respected each other and man's laws as well as YAHWEH'S. As long as did not fringe on Religious Liberty.

I grew up in Connecticut and my neighborhood was middle class of White and Black people. Ms. Boggart would look out for my mother's five children and I loved her. I wish I was back with her. I am just tired and sad. What is happening now is so unreal to me. I am glad my mother pass in 2016 and did not have to go through this. I truly miss her but YAHWEH allowed her to rest at 91. Now, she was humble, I pray to be humble like her. That's my goal! I am not there yet, but I going to keep praying to change.

End Run Around Constitution? Biden Admin Pressures Facebook to Censor Americans: Report | Newsbusters

President Joe Biden is at odds with the First Amendment. His administration has reportedly pressured Facebook for several months to censor Americans who post views contradicting the administration’s COVID-19 narrative.

The First Amendment prohibits the federal government from restricting the right of Americans to freely express their beliefs. However, in an attempted end run around the Constitution, the Biden administration has pressured Facebook to adopt the government’s position on “misinformation” concerning messaging about COVID-19, according to The New York Times. 

The liberal newspaper reported that then-White House senior advisor for COVID-19 response Andy Slavitt reached out to Facebook Vice President of Global Affairs Nick Clegg in March and “delivered an ominous warning” about the company’s future and alleged responsibilities. “For many weeks, Mr. Slavitt and other White House officials had been meeting with Facebook to urge the company to stop the spread of misinformation about the coronavirus vaccines,” The Times reported.

The Times detailed the escalating tension between the Biden administration and Facebook over the course of the year: “In March, Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s chief executive, called Ron Klain, the White House chief of staff, and discussed health misinformation. The White House grew so frustrated by Facebook’s answers in the internal meetings that at one point it demanded to hear from the data scientists at the company instead of lobbyists.”
