If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
Neil D Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 The song "The Scotsman" comes to mind...but I doubt that I should post the words ...at least on this forum... Quote Democracy is a device that ensures we shall be governed no better than we deserve. Moderators Gerr Posted July 30, 2006 Moderators Posted July 30, 2006 A few years ago, we were in Scotland with a tour group. We had just pulled into the parking lot of a hotel when a group of Scots started going into the hotel. Apparently there was a wedding or some kind of event. The men were in their kilts. Suddenly, one man stopped in front of our bus, turned around, pulled up the hem of his kilt, and bent over! I suppose the Scots have been asked too many times whether they wear anything underneath or not. Yep, bare bottom! Gerry Quote
Moderators Nan Posted July 30, 2006 Moderators Posted July 30, 2006 At the risk of being a little risque, there is the story of the Scot who was asked if anything was worn under his kilt, and he said "No, it is all in good working order" ! Quote
