Norman Byers, N.D. Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 Last month I signed up with www.hostpaw.com to get a commercial website. I have not been able to get my website uploaded. Ihave emailed them and told them I was going to cancel since I thought they were ripping me off. They sent me an email telling me that I was not doing something right. They gave me what they thought was the solution but still no website I don't know much about websites. I have emailed them again for help but have not received a reply. I am ready to call AmEx and tell them I have been scammed. There are FAQs on their webpage but the links are not working and I have yet to see them actually offer the live help that they have a button for. If you pm me the login information, I may be able to ftp and move it to the root... OR As you are a full member here, you can also have server space to host it free as well. Pockey Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 Hi Norman, Possibly the problem might be in the FTP program you're using. When you open that and upload your files, see if it's possible to navigate to the ya1st folder or the folder that they designate as the one to upload to. I hope that helps. Quote

I think they re using a different unix and control panel.... than we use on this server If you can change the DNS of the domain name, I would be happy to give you a spot here...
