Can you solve the values for the letters in the following equations:

3A + B = 22

3B + C = 17

B + 2D  + C = 25

A + 2C + D = 24

3C + A = 21

2D + B + A = 26

A + B + C + D = 23

A + 3B = 18

NOTE:  Thanks to The Mensa Puzzle Calendar.

NOTE:  I have corrected a couple of typos.  Now you should be able to solve it.

The Solution is:

A = 6

B = 4

C = 5

D = 8
