As one who has a background in employment law, I have never favored arbitration, and therefore I never took a case to arbitration.  The U. S. Supreme Court has ruled on an arbitration issue that I consider to be phenomenal and a win for religious liberty.  In brief it will allow some cases to be heard by a judge who will rule on the basis of statute and case law that otherwise would have been heard by a biased arbitrator.
