Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted June 8, 2022 Moderators Posted June 8, 2022 We often talk with pride about the freedoms that the U.S. Constitution gives to people who are ruled by the United States. In what I call an obtuse (abstruse) of 121 years ago (1901) the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that some people governed by the United States were not subject to the freedoms of the Constitution. In a recent April decision Justice Neil Gorsuch has opined in a stunning manner that may (?) have implications for us today.
