Fundamentalism in Adventism

I cannot recommend to highly the following two books which are expected to be followed by a   3^rd book in the series.  Those two books cover divisive issues present in Adventism at that time which continue to be with us today.  As the titles suggest, Fundamentalism is an important issue addressed.  Another critical issue addressed is the role and function of the writings of EGW in the SDA denomination.    Those fundamental issues included inerrancy and infallibility.  Certain doctrinal issues such as the Trinity are mentioned.  Every SDA member who wants to be informed as to our doctrinal history must be aware of what these two books are telling us.  They may be purchased on Amazon and from your ABC.

Campbell, Michael W., 1919: The Untold story of Adventism’s Struggle With Fundamentalism.  Pacific press, 2019, 122 pages

Campbell, Michael W., 1922:  The Rise of Adventist Fundamentalism. Pacific Press, 2022, 144 pages.

These are two outstanding books. Along with these is George Knight's "The Afterlife of Ellen G. White" and also the biographies of W.W. Prescott and A. G. Daniels.

Is there anywhere online that would reference the types of things you are speaking of?  I am on SS alone, and cannot afford to buy books.

In my opinion, the detailed information in those books is not available anywhere else.

Perhaps you might be able to purchase a Kindle edition?  The Kindle editions are available for $8 & $9.  SThe paperback editions cost $15 & $16.
