CA Gasoline for 69 Cents!

On June 9, a Sacramento area gasoline station sold gasoline for 69 cents per gallon!  See:

NOTE:  The attendant who set the pumps for 69 cents per gallon has been fired and it cost the station some $16,000.

I would put it this way: The station didn't make an extra $16,000!!

You're probably right, but they should get a refund from the oil/gas companies that are raking in the profits!!

Firing the attendant might lose them some customers who would continue to patronize their station.
