Neck troubles

After 4 days of tention headaches PAul convinced me to go to the ciroprator. And luckly it was something he could fix. I have 4 vertebrae that are out of wack. So he adjusted me and wow the pain and tight muscels went away. BUt now a whole nother area is now causing me pain, due to the fact that things were out of wack. I go back tomorrow. Please pray that thing get back to normal soon and that I will beable to take it easy and let thing heal up with out to much stress.

This neck thing has me really discouraged. It a little better this morning but once I start moving arround and trying to do things it going to tighten up and hurt. My kitchen look awful and I can believe that it took me 3 hours to vaccum the living room yesterday cause of the pain.

Okay this can get much worse. I have to cut back even more so that I can recover from this injury. Just how I am I supose to get things done and keep my house clean. ARGHHHHH! I have another apointment Friday.

One suggestion might be to follow up with your primary physician. It sounds like you could use a muscle relaxant and/or pain killer.

Another suggestion is that maybe Paul can pitch in a little more.

Any other time of year he would but right now is very busy. College Start with in the next week or so and there is lots he needs to do. Already he has been making new account for the freashman coming in. I just need to realize that right now I can't do anything about my house. I just need to break up my chores into little bits until I am better.

Things are still aren't good. I haven't been to my Dr. I have followed the directions that the ciropractor gave me.

Well I am feeling alot better now that I have been up and moving arround. Plus I went to the store and picked up some Blue Goo to help and I am able to do alot, but I am still taking it easy.

Glad you are feeling better. Are you aware your signature says "relections" instead of "reFlections"? Just thought maybe you'd like to know.
