Strange how it sounds like they've concluded it was a deliberate and malicious act. My first thought would have been it was an accident. Some dummy in an oversized SUV thought they could pass safely under the overhang and discovered otherwise -- or else drove through carelessly -- then feeling embarrassed and foolish, left the scene without reporting in.

One of our Club A members actually goes to that church...perhaps he'll chime in here?

By the way, it probably was just an accident; it is interesting to note, however, how quickly it is to place the blame on something not-for-good.

I used to attend church school in that very church. That is where some dentist came in and officially taught me how to brush my teeth. I know the other member here that attends there but haven't seen him around in a while.
