If any of you reading this have Roman Catholic friends it would be well for you to contact them and extend condolences. It is not a denial of our respective faith to do such any more than it is to extend such to the family that lives next door to u, but attend a Baptist congregation. To our friend Gustave: We have welcomed your participation in our forum. We acknowledge you as an honest person of the common faith that we share. On some points of this faith we have had our differences. But, that is O.K. We do not consider any human, including ourselves, to have a perfect understanding of our faith. So, we join with you in celebrating the common points on which we can agree. We offer you our condolences upon the death of a former leader of your denomination.
