Jackson Women’s Health Organization is that the Supreme Court ruled that women do not have a Constitutional right to abortion. In actual fact, that opinion may be false. It may be that the court ruled that the 14th Amendment does not give women a Constitutional right to abortion. Another case, U.S. v Lauren Handy is proceeding through the legal system which posits that women do have a Constitutional right to abortion under the 13th Amendment to the Constitution.
