Norman Byers, N.D. Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 I have decided to offer a service on my website www.youraccessories1st.com for Club Adventist members. I will try this for a while to see how it works. If you have a vehicle that you'd like to sell or if you'd like to buy one, please let me know and I'll post it on the site. I will not be involved in the transaction only the posting of what you want to sell or Buy. Let me know if I can help. Norman Quote The unconditional pardon of sin never has been, and never will be. Neil D Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 Norman, Please take no offense at what I am about to say, but I would tend to question the placing of an auto for sale in an Adventist website. I know the old saying, buyer beware...However, when one places the ad on an adventist site, a buyer MIGHT have the tendancy to believe that the car for sale is in excellent shape...And the seller might just want to get rid of it...because it breaks down too much, ect. I dunno...there might be a tendacy to trust members to put up a fairly valued car, and if there were disagreements, might result in disguntled adventist disgrunting against other adventists....if you get my drift.... Norman Byers, N.D. Posted November 1, 2006 Author Posted November 1, 2006 Hi Neil I understand what you're saying and making a way for folks to deal with whom ever they feel impressed with. I would say to anyone buying any vehicle to have it checked out by a good certifed mechanic first. What about long distance? Let's say you wanted to sell me a Saab. I'd check in your area for a Saab dealership and ask a mechanic to check out the car when you brought it over. I'd pay the mechanic a fee which he would set and then go from there. If things are done as if we were dealing with a stranger, that would take care of a lot of problems. There will always be vehicles that still have problems after a mechanic has checked it out. There's only so much that can be done. Norman Quote The unconditional pardon of sin never has been, and never will be. PP 522
