Nearly half of Americans uncertain God exists: poll

Quote:
The survey conducted by Harris Poll found that 42 percent of US adults are not "absolutely certain" there is a God compared to 34 percent who felt that way when asked the same question three years ago.

Hmmm, sounds like creation evangelism may have more and more impact on saving the lost.

I think this reveals more about the question than it does about the answer.

What does it mean to be "absolutely certain" about anything?

It is interesting that the trend is downwards. Does this mean fewer people believe God exists, or does it mean that more people understand that "absolute certainty" is not possible in this world?
