Does God override "free will" in removing kings?

The question that needs to be asked is how does God, in righteousness, over rule human free will and yet maintain integrity to His non-coercive love?

Quote:

“Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever to whom belong wisdom and might. He changes times and seasons; He [God] removes kings and sets up kings….” [Daniel 2:20,21 RSV]

"God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. 27 Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. 28 Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”…30 That very night Belshazzar, king of the Babylonians, was slain, 31 and Darius the Mede took over the kingdom, at the age of sixty-two." [Daniel chapter 5]

If God doesn’t “over ride” the human will how does He “remove kings and setup kings” in righteousness? There are two clues that I can think of right at this moment:

Gal 6:7 “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction….”

Man is at totally liberty to live for his nature and deny God, but the result is that he will reap destruction from that nature. Note it does not say that he will reap destruction from God.

Let’s explore this a bit more from a clear statement from Christ on how God “remove kings and setup kings”:

Matthew 23:37 “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. 38 Look, your house is left to you desolate.

Matt 24:15 “…. when you see the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place [i.e., the temple or as Christ said, “your house”] (let the reader understand), 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains; 17 let him who is on the housetop not go down to get the things out that are in his house….

God had departed from Jerusalem because the majority of the Jews had persistently and ultimately rejected Him in the form of Jesus Christ. Approximately forty years later (70AD) the mighty Roman Empire overran Jerusalem. So we have a perfect example of how God “removes kings and sets up kings”.

Can we see this somewhere else? Yes:

Here’s how “God’s wrath” works:

A] Because unbelief/rejection are chosen

B] God withdraws

C] Trouble results

"My anger [i.e., God’s wrath] shall be aroused against them in that day, and I will forsake them [see B], and I will hide My face from them [see B], and they shall be devoured [see C]. And many evils and troubles shall befall them [see C], so that they will say in that day, 'Have not these evils [see C] come upon us because our God is not among us?' [see B] And I will surely hide My face [see B] in that day because of all the [evil] which they have done [see A], in that [they have turned to other gods] [see A]" (Deuteronomy 31:17, 18).

As Judge, God has a duty to remove an evil ruler whether he likes it or not.

Regarding your question: Dos G-d over-ride, "free will" in removing kings*

Scripture reminds us that G-d is able to: change the heart of a king even as a water course.

One day G-d gve me a deeper understanding of just what is menat by that passage.

I had the weather report one morning and there was snow in a very unnusual location and unseasonal as well.

Then I realised that IF G-d could..and He HAD .. move the large amount of water from one part of he worlld to the pther even wihout dvatation ..then YES i could accept the passage as so very true.

After this..I definitly belived that anything can happen and change within the hand of G-d.

So, I prayed to step into the hand of G-d and be *AVAILABLE*

Really? Then He does a pretty bad job. Look at all the Jews killed by Hitler for example.
