Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is most closely associated with military and sports injuries.  It is actually common in civilian life. With a TBI, the critical issue is to estimate the level of clinical care needed and then provide that level of care within the required time limit. The following article informs as to a new, approved, test that can estimate the care needed at the time and place of the suspected injury.  It should be noted that often new methods for clinical care have come from the military environment.
