Pilot Not Qualified to Land Airplane:  On August 8, an Alaska Airlines pilot flew an airplane to Jackson Hole, Wy, and was unable to land, as he was determined to lack the required qualifications to land the aircraft.  He then flew the airplane to Salt Lake City, where he was allowed to land it and the passengers were delayed for almost 3-hours in getting back to Jackson Hole.
