Those Who Wait is a film that is expected to begin showing in U. S.   theaters beginning in September, 2024.  It is the story of the Millerite Movement and the birth of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.  However, it is written as an allegory, and is not intended to represent actual history.  From this perspective, I do not think that it will attract rave reviews from Adventism.  In any case, my position is that the SDA Church needs to be ready to respond to it in a manner that is appropriate and not biased.
