NAD Finances:  The article linked below reports in some detail on the current (November 2024) financial picture of the North American Division.  It makes for interesting reading.  Frankly, my personal position is that we must reduce upper-level overhead and provide increased support on the congregational level.  I do not believe that every position currently on each organizational level is either needed or helpful.
