Micrkosoft now allows older Windows 10 computers to be upgraded to Windows 11.  It does not go fast.  But it can happen.

ps:Even if you can upgrade for free do you really want to?? All I remember in working in the Graphic Arts, printing industry, is that it really slows down the computer, be it Window based or Apple based computers!! The sad thing is that they don't make computers to be upgraded to keep up with the software!! It's done on purpose so that after a certain amount of time the computers can't handle the software so you have to buy a new computer every few years!!
