The above article is good, in presenting a simple overview of the various types of dementia.  The latest research posits a diagnoseable condition known as Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) which often precedes dementia.  It should be noted that MCI does not always lad to dementia.

The Self-Administered Gerocognitive Examination (SAGE) is a test that will not diagnose MCI.  Rather it is used to determine whether or not a person should be given a professional evaluation of their cognitive condition.  It can be administered by by people who are not professionally trained.  They simply have to follow the directions exactly.  There is no time limit to take the test, but it can be completed in 15 to 20 minutes.  It has a maximum score of 22.  Scores of 17 and above are considered to be normal. Scores below 17 may suggest further, professional evaluation.

The following website provides additional information related to the SAGE test, and it also provides a link to print the SAGE test that you can use to ovulate another person.
