DEI Medal of Honor?

Major General (2-Star) Charles Calvin Rogers:  was awarded the Medal of Honor in 1970 by President Nixon.  His recognition has now been change on the basis that it was a DEI award!

NOTE:  Any such charge can only be made by someone who totally faile to understand the system and the general basis for the award.  The problem for both of those people seemingly is that they were thought to have had black skin color.
