Can Caffeine Give You Headaches?

Caffeine and Headaches: What's the Link?

https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/triggers-caffeine?

ps:My opinion, right here in a nut shell is one reason for being addicted to caffeine!!

pss:A little confession or whatever you'd like to call it. When I was in my late teens early 20s I used to drink coke, at least one a day. When in the military probably  a little more a day. As I got older and changed my lifestyle of eating and drinking I changed from coke to caffeine free coke, which was not really caffeine free (had at least 3% still). A group of us would go out to eat every Friday evening and I'd order a coke (which turned out to be pepsi which actually has a little more caffeine) not thinking that this would bother me!! Eventually I gave up drinking coke and soda all together. But every Friday evening I'd get a headache, this went on for about 3 maybe 4 weeks and than they stopped. I started trying to figure out why this was happening, and it finally dawned on me, oh yeah I was drinking a coke (pepsi)  or two every Friday evening. I don't get any headaches anymore. As a matter of fact haven't had a headache going on for at least 30/40 years now. I thank God for getting me to read EGWs book "Counsels on Diets and Foods."

What to Know About Coffee and Depression

Caffeine is a stimulant found in food and beverages like coffee. Drinking a cup of caffeinated coffee gives you a boost of energy that can lift you out of a bad mood. It’s one reason why we consume over 600 million cups of coffee in the U.S. each day.
