Old Testament Endtime Prophecies.

I am wondering who knows what the meaning is of the Old Testament prophecies, such as Zechariah 14. Do you think they are conditional prophecies and the millenium would have been held on the earth (not heaven) if the Jewish nation had accepted Christ? And if they had accepted Him, why would sacrifices occur in the third temple? Or was the third temple supposed to have been built after the first Babylonian captivity and Ezra's temple was built instead? There are no blueprints for Ezra's temple which I am aware of in the Bible.
