🛡️ THE GREAT DEPORTATION: Secretary Noem Reveals the True Scale of the "Invasion"
In a chilling exchange before the House Judiciary Committee, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and Rep. Tom McClintock pulled back the curtain on the previous administration’s border policies. The testimony confirmed what many had suspected: for four years, the federal government wasn't just failing to stop the border crossing—it was actively "facilitating" it.
🕵️ The 13 Million "Unvetted" Visas
Perhaps the most shocking revelation involved the Inspector General's report on entry visas. Rep. McClintock highlighted a staggering security failure that goes beyond simple border crossings:
Representative McClintock: During the Biden years, approximately how many foreign nationals illegally entered our country, either as gotaways or through the CB1 app or the catch-and-release policies of Biden?
Secretary Noem: We don't necessarily know, Congressman. We don't necessarily know because the invasion was facilitated by the federal government during that time. And while all of our CBP agents were pulled to process people, to make sandwiches, to take care of the masses and thousands of people crossing the border, huge swaths of our border were left unsecured. So the cartels took advantage of that.
Representative McClintock: We don't know how many millions of illegals. We know at least 10 million because we watched them either cross the border or we released them under the Biden administration. But the inspector general reported that they also approved entry visas for 13 million foreign nationals without conducting any interviews or background checks as required by law. Do we know anything about those 13 million visa approvals that were given without any kind of vetting?
Secretary Noem: We don't. We're going back and tracking ones we have documentation on, but most of them are not at the addresses that they left, the contacts that they may have done. And all of our programs under the Department of Homeland Security were violated and abused and perverted as well. For example, when we came in, there was 400,000 asylum cases. That was a year before we came in. He abused it so bad during that invasion that when I first got sworn in as Secretary, there was a backlog of 1.5 million asylum cases. They all need to be reviewed.
Representative McClintock: Do we know how many are still living in the country?
Secretary Noem: No, we don't.
Representative McClintock: How many criminals were allowed in?
Secretary Noem: Oh, thousands, thousands of them. We know for a fact that other countries encouraged, emptied out their prisons, their mental institutions, encouraged people to go and those individuals who would pay a cartel member to move them across the country certainly came into our country, broke that first law, which made them a criminal. And then after that many times—
Representative McClintock: And could you tell us again just how many illegal aliens have been deported under your leadership or have been self-deported?
Secretary Noem: There's been over 700,000 that have been detained and arrested and are being deported. I want to remind everybody at this committee too that every single one of these individuals that's detained has final orders of removal, they can leave today. As soon as they get to that detention center, they have the option to go home.
Representative McClintock: And how many of those that you've deported now have records of criminal arrests or convictions?
Secretary Noem: Seventy percent of those in our detention centers have criminal records.
Representative McClintock: So roughly over half a million.
Secretary Noem: Yes.
Representative McClintock: So you've effectively removed more than a half a million criminal illegal aliens from our streets and sent them back to their own countries or detained them?
Secretary Noem: Yes.
Representative McClintock: And what's that done to our crime rate?
Secretary Noem: Oh, our crime rate has been phenomenal. In fact, we have the lowest murder rate in our country that we've had since it's been recorded. Over 125 years, our murder rates are at the lowest that it is. The drug epidemic is getting better and improving. We need it to do more so we don't lose more of our children. But we specifically under ICE as well and HSI target human traffickers and child pedophiles and those that would perpetuate assaults against our children.

In nations whose citizens are  patriotic, i.e., love their country, what Secretary Noem describes could never happen. States have a responsibility to their citizens to maintain strict border enforcement. That was obviously not happening under the Biden administration. Citizens who respect their countries would be reporting suspected illegals to authorities, not fighting and protesting to protect illegals who are by definition, criminals. People in respectable countries must report their presence to the local police. The local police are totally invested in maintaining the integrity of their country. If a person moves, they must report their new locale  within a prescribed amount of time. The idea that local authorities would not cooperate with the "federal" government is preposterous. "Sanctuary" jurisdictions  would get a straightened out in a hurry. Local politicians would be terminated, possibly jailed. Local citizens would report suspicious persons who would promptly receive a visit from local police. No proper documents, they would be handled. Profiling is a useful tool law enforcement use. But all this is in a country whose citizens are patriotic.

You are not talking about MN obviously. It is becoming more obvious day by day that our  democratic governor and AG are up to their eyeballs participating in the massive fraud or blocking the fraud investigations. this state should be so up in arms over 9 billion dollars stolen, many millions going to terrorist s  groups overseas, it isnt. When the investigations started getting to close to the big boys,we had a obviously manufactured spontaneous riot, with paid agitators/rioters . Some of those  arrested and  detained were released as soon as ICE  was off the premises. Our wonderful democratic Governor has assured all those that suffered as a result of their rioting would receive 12 weeks sick pay. Dangling the freebies seems to have made many in MN suffer a severe memory loss.

There are a few in washington unwilling to let it go, Kennedy, Jorden and a couple of others . Of course the old weapon of branding everyone racist that wants something done is alive and well. the vast majority are somalis, but  anyone saying that is ridiculed and accused of being racist.

Bonnie, I was referring to countries or states which actually care about their constituents A sitting judge once told a class he was teaching about how things really work in the legal profession. "Many of you," he said, "may think things are fairly cut and dry when it comes to law. You must remember that laws are interpreted by judges."

California's Rose Bird was a good example of how this plays out in the real world. I recollect that she overturned every capital conviction which came across her desk, close to 30 cases. This was all based on her interpretation of the law. She was a Roman Catholic, appointed by a Jesuit trained governor. Jerry Brown. Coincidence that the RC church opposes capital punishment?  Biden, a Roman Catholic, who publicly made the sign of the cross, an overt RC gesture on different occasions during his reign, pardoned 37 federal death row inmates. Here is why: But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level."

His conscience guided him? Hannah Arendt, in her classic "Eichman in Jerusalem" described how the conscience of Adolph Eichman compelled him to capture and execute people for being Jewish. He felt guilty if Jewish managed to escape his dragnet. Both Eichman and Biden apparently had a ill-informed conscience. According to the RC publication uCatholic, both the Pope and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops had asked Biden to commute all federal death sentences just a few weeks prior to the commutation

Pope Francis Asks President Biden to Grant Clemency to All Federal Death Row Inmates | uCatholic

Aside from the religious implications of overturning capital convictions or commuting them, what does it say, about the legal system? Are federal prosecutors and the prosecutors/juries in California  so stupid and incompetent that they got nearly 30 capital cases wrong?  Biden, instead of making the sign of the cross, should have directed  an obscene gesture to the government lawyers, the judges, the juries, and the people they represent.

This goes far deeper than a lack of patriotism. It is a corruption from the top down. Close to a 100 have been sentenced to prison ,Somali immigrants. This was being funneled to terrorist groups,  buying luxury homes and cars, very expensive vacations etc.  Democratic governor and AG, and other office holders clamped down on whistle blowers for the past  couple of years. How many bold headlines have you seen coming out strongly on this?.  Even on this forum that faithfully tracks every wrong, imagined wrong and just plain made up wrong  by conservatives. This forum regularly posts any and all information that can  place liberals in a positive light, dogged by the evil conservatives.

This whole fraud mess has been on the back burner ,known a. nd pretty much ignored by the Major newspaper and media in MN. It was gaining traction and landing right in the governors and AG's lap/Suddenly we had protest/rioters drawing attention away from that .Paid  agitators and manufactured anger. A governor in trouble starts sweet talking the trouble makers and starts promising the freebies again. Blaming Trump for needlessly taking away from the poor hard working immigrants.. Have to give it to him, it worked for awhile. 85%  Somali  immigrants in MN receive assistance from the state.  Assurance to any harmed by their protesting can know they are going to receive their 12 weeks sick pay.

This is not a simple lack of  patriotism, it is a complete lack of morality, greed and dishonesty at our highest level here

I understand that. The topic was Deportation. However there is a tie in to what you are saying and the  moral decay at the leadership level in MN. The lack of response by all except a few conservatives.   No media response by .

our major news publications. Here you can find a daily dose of the NYT,how much in the daily postings has dealt negatively with the corruption? Certainly should be room for that i well in excess of a 100 pages. If people cared this would have been stopped already.

Yes it was. I apologize for going off topic; however, the underlying issue is that people, including government officials simply don't understand right from wrong. The same misplaced sentiment that nullifies capital punishment allows millions of illegal immigrants to shelter in a country to which they have no right. Just as capital punishment laws are sidestepped, so are laws designed to maintain an orderly society.

Just a few weeks ago, more than a dozen criminals were executed with a bullet to the back of the head. The same government exercises careful scrutiny of its borders and whereabouts of its citizens. As a legal resident, I'm glad to report my whereabouts, since I'm not involved in any criminal activity. The roll of the press in the U.S., misrepresenting what is really happening, is also criminal. Free press, free speech, right to bear arms, right of assembly are fine when the citizenry has an enlightened conscience. When they don't you have Minnesota,

On the above I disagree that governmentt officiials dont know right from wrong. If that were true they wouldnt work so hard to deny and hide their actions. It is fairly obvious what the democrats get from illegall immigrants. In MN it keeps them in power year after year. A lot of money has been shown to work its way back to our corrupted officials.

For the life of me I do not know what the republicans get out of the illegal immigration. There have been elections when democrats had the power of the senate, congress and the Whitehouse. Something could have been done in a common sense fashion to make it easier and safer to immigrate.  While still vetting backgrounds. Times the republicans have had the power they could have done something as well

Biden excelled at  opening the borders wide and  telling them to come on in.  I have forgotten the estimated number of missing children at the hands of child traficking and the millions of illegal immigrants we have had thanks to him.

Some years ago my husband  I were foster parents and as such had a social worker assigned to us. She the governor was able to was getting close to retirement. She made the statement that she probably would not live to  see the day but to correct the well intentioned plans gone wrong and the corruption  it would take someone willing to come in with a bulldozer and doze it all down and start fresh. In her opinion the corruption went so deep it was the only way.  Sadly a  lot of innocent people would go down as well. Pretty accurate assesment of what we have been seeing in MN.

Have to hand it to the governor ,dumb enough to furnish the boys bathrooms with tampons, but smart enough to shift the focus off himself. After all who can resist government handouts. Especially those involved in our manufactured riots and may have been pepper sprayed,  Governor reassured then they would be getting 12 weeks sick pay. Bless his heart

Bonnie, The statements you make about corruption, terrorist funding, welfare fraud, what is your source for this information? I've read the same claims on websites such as AP, NPR, CNN. Then they write that the fraud claims were based on an amateur reporter who visited the schools at a time when no students were supposed to be there.. So called news sites are essentially rabble rousers, using descriptive words to report incidents in a way that amounts to false witness.

I saw the video of the ICU nurse who was killed after he inserted himself into an arrest scene from which he should have stayed away. He was essentially fighting a law enforcement action. The woman who was killed, never would have happened if she had cooperated with the police. I also saw a photo of Trayvon Martin at his accurate age of 17, not the photo of him as an innocent boy. George Floyd might still be around, if he had simply cooperated with the police I also saw an unedited video of the Rodney King beating years ago. He was hardly a helpless victim.

Freedom of the press was originally not license to portray events in a partisan manner to excite the populace to active rebellion. America may need a dictator, a benevolent one, to save it from itself. People who want to resist the government, illegal immigrants or local citizens, should be pepper sprayed, hit with non lethal rounds and fire hosed. If that doesn't work, try nightsticks and finally, bullets.

Certain elements of American society, after ~3 arrests for violence by the age of 21, should be deported. Why wait around for them to kill someone? Best to kill a poisonous snake before it gets too big.

Exactly Hanseng and this was reported almost a month ago! Also there was a guy convicted of fraud even before that??

Apparently you believe the hearings going on in Wa are some kind  of make believe.  Do you think the number of Somalias arrested and sentenced  went to some kind of recreational camp?  Maybe you have listened to the tape recordings in some of these hearings and determined some very damning statements  by Ellison and Walz   on tape were just a joke?

Or maybe you have more information and knowledge  than The House Committee On Fraud and Misuse of Federal Funds that determined the governor and AG lied about Knowledge of Fraud and Silenced Whistle blowers. We certainly need help from  citizens that have more knowledge than they have been able to uncover.

Perhaps you were privy or helped in the interviews of more than 30 whistleblowers who reported being ignored and retaliated against. I bet you were involved with the Medical Transport fraud . DHS  reported there are 71 open investigations into transport provider. 14 have had payments suspended and DHS is attempting to recover the money.. MN Dept of Education paid 250 million into a fraud  scheme by the non profit feeding our future. . Aren't these the same sterling sources that lied about that pesky little laptop and the Russian Hoax. Hope you can do better than that

This means what exactly. This has been ongoing for a lot longer than a month ago.  So someone was convicted more than a month ago.  There are certainly more than that one a month ago

The "news" I have access to, NPR, AP, CNN, I haven't seen these stories.  It certainly may be happening as you say but not being reported. This would be what I expect from most "news" organizations. Fox is in accessible in my locale.  What sources of information do you have access to that I don't?

It would be interesting to know who is teaching newly arrived individuals how to defraud the government.

As for officials knowing right from wrong, calling evil good and vice versa is an age old problem. What some call corruption, others call helping a friend. Biden must have thought that defying the American judiciary was a good thing. Wrongdoers, no matter how twisted they are, usually have some justification for their actions.

I have no idea where you are from but I find it strange that I can find the congressional hearings going on and other articles and you  can try reading five take aways from the MN fraud hearing where Walz acknowledged failur

Feds charge 8 in massive housing fraud, 5 Feeding our Future defendants found guilty in the first trail on  Feeding  Our Future. US Attorney  charges 8 with wire fraud in Mn Housing. More than 90 people  have been accused and in many cases convicted

. There is so much more if you care to spend the time verifying.

If you are a honest man you have to wonder why the lack of coverage. You know if all of this went to the feet of a Trump backed governor . The press would be all over this non stop

What's Undetermined

Esformes was convicted of stealing $1.3 billion from Medicaid and Medicare. The total amount stolen in Minnesota has yet to be determined. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph H. Thompson said fraudsters may have stolen as much as $9 billion since 2018 from various welfare benefit programs. A Minnesota Star Tribune calculation in early December 2025 found $217.7 million in stolen money, which the government disputed.

ps:I posted this a while back! This guy was convicted for fraud in Minnesota, and the numbers are very interesting!!!!!

And here is the other post that I posted before:

Right-Wing YouTuber Behind Viral Minnesota Fraud Video Has Long Anti-Immigrant History

The day after Christmas, far-right YouTuber Nick Shirley posted a video claiming to have exposed fraud at Somali-owned day care centers in Minnesota. Portions of the 42-minute video — mostly scenes where Shirley is turned away at the day cares — went viral in conservative circles, catching the attention of the Trump administration, which was already at work targeting Minnesota’s Somali community amid its broader war on immigrants.

I am really curious on this. Was this man in some way connected to the rest of those committing fraud in MN

Does it somehow void any fraud or at least make it less serious?

Does your post void the Congressional hearings?. Does your post invalidate the tapes that clearly  have Ellison reassuring a group that has been charged that he would take care of the investigation. They neednt worry about that.

Does it make liars out of 30 plus whistleblowers and their testimony of retaliation? other sticky little problems

It sounds like you believe it should. Hopefully you can explain away the
