PALERMO, CA – An officer with the Oroville office of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) has received California’s highest honor for bravery after his rapid response helped save the lives of two kindergarten students wounded during a shooting at Feather River Adventist School, according to a report by Hannah Gutierrez of KRCRTV News.
