Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted yesterday at 12:31 AM Moderators Posted yesterday at 12:31 AM Radical Adventism In our age of International dialogue, it should not be unexpected to find self-appointed clitics of Adventism who suggest major revisions of our mission and ministry. What is surprising is to learn that Shane Anderson, the Senior pastor of Pioneer Memorial Church at Andrews University propose an extrema modification of the Adventist role for SDA Clergy. Pastor Anderson is most specific in the 4th Sermon that he preached in a series, on August 1, 2026. You may access it at the following link, and on Hope TV. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYkHRg4xqug The proposal that he makes wkouold radically change how we do ministry in the West. Quote Gregory
Asia Joe Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago No settled pastors. That is the way it is in 90% of our church. We see our pastor 3 or 4 times a year. Seems to work well. No control issues like USA. Quote
Asia Joe Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago "God has withheld His blessings because His people have not worked in harmony with His directions. Test 7 P18. " I know its not a popular message, but he is right. In the fastest growing division of the church, SSD, we have 1 pastor to every 7-9 churches. That district produces at least 100 baptisms per year. Often a new church plant. It is amazing. Quote
