David Koot Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Any of them on eBay? Ahh, I'm afraid that a 57 Alfa Giulietta goes for somewhere over 200k now, and the 57 Ferrari GT for anywhere from 500k to a mil. Oh, well. If only I had kept my Giulietta! Quote

Dr. Shane Posted May 5, 2007 Author Posted May 5, 2007 A man's first love is often his first car. Long after he has forgotten the first girl he had a crush on, he remembers his first car. For most of us, our first car was not a glorious sports car. It was something like an old Chevrolet Impala or Plymouth Volare. Most people don't see the glamor in the car that the teenage boy did. As I related, my first car was a 1960 Chevrolet pick-up. Most people do not see much glamor in an old truck like that. But for me it is a piece of my youth. It was a first step in my independence. If my wife were to someday buy one for me, it would be a most precious gift. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
