I smell some flames. But the smoke is so thick ... I can't tell where the source of the fire is.

May we be one so that the world may be won.

lol. I have often smelled smoke on this forum...and it is hard to tell where the source of the fire is. Thankfully we have some very able firemen on this forum who attempt and are quite successful at times at putting out fires, other times they just roar away until they run out of fuel or someone gets tired of fanning them.

Eventually the house just burns down. And there is nothing more to burn. You are SO right Taylor.

and you guys think it's hot here....Why, I know a place where the flames are so hot, a drop of water has a hard time quenching anyone thirst...

I thought that it had been determined that this place exists only in one's imagination.

Why, I don't know why you would think that, Glad...afterall, JESUS talks about it....

Luke 16:24 (New International Version)

24So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.'

AND afterall, if JESUS say so, it MUST be true.... [/TOC comment]

What is a TOC comment? Is it similar to a TIC TOC ? Is the clock TICing on your TOC comment? Perhaps it will expire soon ?

Wouldn't that be TIC instead of TOC. I was wanting to know what TOC meant.

The "O" is next to the "I" on the keyboard. TOC is likely just a typo. I try not to rib people too hard for typos as I make them all the time myself.

Again Shane ... a little HUMOR lightens the world. Knowing how Neil dishes it out in this fashion ... I know that he will not be offended. And in fact ... he will enjoy and appreciate it in this same fashion.

If I am wrong ... I now gladly issue him an apology. Being the sensitive person that I am ... I would never do this type of dialogue with you because I know you do not appreciate it.

Also ... knowing Neil ... he would never admit to liking it ... SO. I will issue my apology.

Another saying I have learned to be true Shane ... is ... Choose your battles wisely. That one may apply here.

Be advised that this thread has turned into a "discussion" of something ONLY those with Humor would appreciate or not appreciate.

If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony.

Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?

Thanks for the TIC TOC Pam.

Sounds shady to me. I sure don't want no slobbery thing on my cheek. I would rather it stay IN.

Well MY tongue IS in my cheek and it is ON it....I don't know how you were picturing it....but I would imagine that it would be rather awkward....and slobbery...if it was YOUR tongue on YOUR cheek...

and I don't do your tongue on my cheek...that dog don't hunt... :smilewink:

Neil . I can honestly say from personal experience that my dog's tongue on my cheek is not a pleasant experience.

And ... it IS very slobbery.

Awww, cmon, Redwood. Our dog loves to lick my cheek. I don't mind. It's her way of saying she likes me. Though today at a Bible study's house, their little dog leaped up on my lap and before I knew it, licked me right on my lips. Slobber city. Gross!!!!
