Handwringing, apologizing, and tea drinking

A demand is not a good approach. It would seem that the apology should be given freely without the need for demands.

I feel that anyone how would "demand" is obviously hurting and we need to reach out and love that person. You don't "teach" a hurting person by hitting them over the head and say " don't demand".

It hurts my heart to think that someone would ignore the fact that a fellow person is hurting and has been hurt ... and no one will help heal because ... well ... when the person was hurting they didn't have the best social graces.

Just dig in and help heal people. If we can't love ... we can just throw all of the precious LAW out the window . And that is Biblical folks.

Your post sounds like you have specifics in mind, and are using the opportunity to state your position knowning that no one will rebut you.

Gregory ... are you suggesting that there is something wrong with speaking with specifics in mind. That is the way most of us speak ... from personal experiences. I have had many experiences and witnessed many regarding this experience about apologizing. They have molded my beliefs in this area. That is how most of us GET our beliefs is from personal knowledge and experience with the topic.
