The Governor of Illinois and his Chief of Staff have been arrested for trying to sell Obama's seat in the Senate and also cabinet seats that Obama would choose. If they tie this to Obama ... boy will heads be rolling. This is huge. A sad day for America. Hold everything. A press conference is scheduled for any minute. I will be back. But let me also mention that Sen. Kennedy is now trying to push for Caroline to be able to take Hillary's seat. This is getting out of hand. But BOY are we getting change ... Back for more ... And they are furious. They indicated that this is a new low for America. What they presented is SO sick ... I am just in shock as is the rest of America. The governor was clearly selling the Senate seat and Cabinet seats. I don't think the FBI is going off half cocked. They quoted the wire taps. How much more evidence do you need? The Chicago Tribune and the Childrens Hospital. The Governor was going to withhold money from the Childrens Hospital unless he got kickbacks. This is no small FBI investigation. Mark my words ... this is huge. It will only expand and many others will be arrested. The FBI called it all revolting. There were many people who offered bribes to the governor of amounts of half million to up to one million dollars. This is big. Those people are also under investigation. Woody Posted December 9, 2008 Author Posted December 9, 2008 Denials Denials Denials. Obama is on TV making more denials. He says this is sad but that he has not had much contact with the Governor. Meanwhile Fox has his staff and Axelrod in particular stating that Obama did meet with the Governor. This seemed identical to me compared to the Rev. Wright scandal. At this point, we have no indication whatsoever if Obama will win re-election. GWH Bush seemed to be unstoppable at his mid-term and lost re-election. Sounds just like a real left winger. All one would have to do is to check out recent name calling about our own current President Bush. I recall some rabid left wingers calling him a liar etc. With Obama you don't have to resort to name calling. All you have to do is to present the 'facts' and it feels like name calling to the left.
