Rudywoofs (Pam) has lost her job and is having a lot of medical expenses. She is struggling financially. Can we help her? I am starting a campaign to raise enough money to at least cover Pam's professional licensure. The amount for her licensure is approx. $200 which she can't afford and is due in three weeks. A loss of her licensure would severely impact her potential for future employment. Not to mention the psycological impact of this loss. So, I am asking each of you to donate as able. All you have to do is to click on the 'Donate' button on the bottom right side of each page here on CA. It is in the 'General Donations' catagory. Before you send off your donation ... just mark it for Pam under the specials instruction section. Thank you one and all whether you can give or not. Thank you for making Club Adventist such a wonderful place. Whether you are able to help financially or not. I would invite you to say hi to Rudywoofs and encourage her during this difficult time for her. Let her know that you are praying for her. All things work together for good for those who love Him. I need the help from caring people whether it be my neighbors strangers or my church family. Let me tell you ... I hate getting help even though I need it. I am sure Rudywoofs is no different. But, my wife has been preachin' to me about this topic. She says it is more blessed to give than to receive. Which is something I already knew. But what she keeps tellin' me is that I need to let these people be blessed. I should not be so selfish as to not let them receive the blessing of helping me. This is a hard pill for me to swallow. And I am sure it is no different for Rudywoofs. This was not her idea folks. I can personally tell you it is painful for her. But she is letting US be blessed through her need and our response. Planey Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 I would like to donate, but I cannot find the "Donate" button mentioned by Redwood. I realise that this is an intelligence test which I have obviously failed, but all I can find is an item near the bottom of the right hand column which says "General Donations" and underneath it says "$10 or $10,000 your choice!". This does not appears to be any sort of button. At least I could not see how to activate it if it was. Please help the Aussie. I have tried left-clicking on the heading, inside the box underneath, highlighting the text and hitting 'enter', but nothing works. I even tried some vegetarian swear words, still nothing.
