This pretty much says that if you were not an eye witness no one can sit in judgment.Then we need to stop with trial by jury. Every jury decision is based on hearsay.

Sounds like we are to wait and for God to work out the details.

since hearsay is not accepted as legal for defense or prosecution, who of us can sit in judgment? All of us will face judgment with a fair Judge one day. For our own safety, maybe we could pray for all concerned, that the Judge of all will work out the details to His satisfaction. But then, in the eyes of some, that might not work either since in their eyes God doesn't take charge of anything that will hurt. tomato

That's a logical statement, from a humanistic standpoint. And perfectly safe for one who is not responsible for damaging anyone else. It is unfortunate that we are all, for little or much, responsible for damage to others. We can be grateful Jesus doesn't rush to judgment, that we might have the time we personally need to reach the level of being beyond reproach.

Again how does this apply in this topic. There is no rush to judgment. That rush to judgment took place 30 some years ago at which time he admitted the actions he was accused of.

I seriously doubt Roman Polanski was harmed by this being made public knowledge. He has a great deal of support for raping a 13 year old
