Woody Posted December 19, 2009 Author Posted December 19, 2009 "Boar" rhymes with "before". Thanks. I'm a little slow when it comes to rhymes ... as you may know. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Woody Posted December 19, 2009 Author Posted December 19, 2009 I think that if I ate a boar it would definitely come out. Not only would that be a shame ... but it would be a sin. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
pindoc Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 Oh yeah, think that boar didn't know he was headed into a mostly-non-pork-consuming town? He knew he was safe! Quote Pindoc
Guest Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 You could be right, but he was only safe from being eaten. Quote
Tallmark Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 Remember the pig-man on Seinfeld? I think that hospital was Loma Linda! If you haven't seen it in awhile, here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG81Bvyzi6w&fmt=18 Quote
Members phkrause Posted December 19, 2009 Members Posted December 19, 2009 Now that's funny. Tallmark pk Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
doug yowell Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 All I know is that I'm locking my doors and not going out until it's safe!! This is getting to be a really dangerous place to live. Do you think I'll need an animal control (or police) escort for my trip to church tomorrow? Quote
Dr. Rich Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 An Adventist family living on Sunset hill in Redlands overlooking the canyon of the badlands who raise lamas have been bothered by wild pigs for years. On night they saw a big black hog rooting up their beautiful yard so they took a shotgun to it. The pictures of the dead hog showed that it must have been a mixture of wild Russian Boar for it to be so huge. Quote
olger Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 Good shot :) Quote "Please don't feed the drama queens.."
Moderators John317 Posted December 25, 2009 Moderators Posted December 25, 2009 That's interesting about the wild pigs. I've been going out to that location and others in San Timoteo canyon since the 1960s, and I've seen wild pigs in the creeks. I would imagine they originally came from some of the ranches out there. Most of the pigs I've seen out there are of the pot bellied type. Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
