Administrators Gail Posted January 4, 2010 Administrators Posted January 4, 2010 So, as you can see, this probably isn't a place that is friendly to people of all ages, and not for the reason that Pam posted. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted January 4, 2010 Members Posted January 4, 2010 I think we need more than one moderator for the Theology section. John317 does a good job, but I think the number of threads are overwhelming and he can't moderate as needed. Just IMHO. Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
LifeHiscost Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 (am i going to get it for posting that) Is that a question or a statement of fact? Maybe its' a self-fulfilling prophecy. Joy!! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
LifeHiscost Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Unplug your mouse? I'd have made that the big ones except I know how I'd feel if you'd said that about me. Now go sit in the corner and I'll join you there pals Joy! Quote Lift Jesus up!!

GreatLakesGramma Posted January 8, 2010 Posted January 8, 2010 so anyway i like pie do you guys like pie? lol lol lol lol Yes. What kind of pie is your favorite? Mine is apple. My grandfather used to say he liked 2 kinds of pie: with ice cream and without. Cosmin & Sivart, I agree with what Redwood said. You two do not converse like most kids we have come in contact with online. I used to run an Adventist chat room. The regular members were adults. Once in a while some kids came in. Then real conversation became impossible, because they flooded the chat with nonsensical babble. We don't want that here. Quote Catherine God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Cosmin M. Posted January 8, 2010 Author Posted January 8, 2010 I never really eat pie. In my 16 years of life, I probably ate pie 2 times. I ate caked 1000's of times. My mother and father are not pie lovers so my mom doesn't make any pies.. even though I like it. I remember eating one of those mini ones with a apple/cinnamon filling. It was the best! Quote
Moderators LynnDel Posted January 8, 2010 Moderators Posted January 8, 2010 Oh, Cosmin! You haven't lived! One of your minor goals could ne to taste ten kinds of pie this year. Of course, there are pies, and there are pies. Some are not worthy of the name, and some have woodlike crusts. Avoid those! LynnDel Quote LD

Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted January 8, 2010 Members Posted January 8, 2010 I don't generally like cake either. It's too dry. There is one made with muscat raisins that my mom makes that is very moist, though. I like pie best. Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. Cosmin M. Posted January 8, 2010 Author Posted January 8, 2010 This is something very similar to what my mom made today for Saturday... Everything is hand made. Except for the sugar, nuts and flour, obviously those are bought items. Quote
