i know one sda forum where civil discussions are enforced. the discussions are very good whether i agree or disagree with the other.

My grandfather used to say he liked 2 kinds of pie: with ice cream and without.

Cosmin & Sivart, I agree with what Redwood said. You two do not converse like most kids we have come in contact with online. I used to run an Adventist chat room. The regular members were adults. Once in a while some kids came in. Then real conversation became impossible, because they flooded the chat with nonsensical babble. We don't want that here.

I never really eat pie. In my 16 years of life, I probably ate pie 2 times. I ate caked 1000's of times. My mother and father are not pie lovers so my mom doesn't make any pies.. even though I like it. I remember eating one of those mini ones with a apple/cinnamon filling. It was the best!

Oh, Cosmin! You haven't lived! One of your minor goals could ne to taste ten kinds of pie this year. Of course, there are pies, and there are pies. Some are not worthy of the name, and some have woodlike crusts. Avoid those!

I don't like cake. At least not the light, mostly sugar type they always put frosting on. I do like apple cake, oatmeal cake, and similar kinds.

I don't generally like cake either. It's too dry. There is one made with muscat raisins that my mom makes that is very moist, though. I like pie best.

If Romanian food is anything like Polish food, then Cosmin's mom's cakes will leave any pie behind in the dust.

Everything is hand made. Except for the sugar,nuts and flour, obviously those are bought items.
