Is Mr. Obama is a Socialist

So what is the problem in saying or believing Obama is a socialist? It is not illegal. Or the speculation that he may be at heart a muslim.The Islam religion is greatly revered.Most rush to the defense. With the very positive view of Islam it should be a compliment to the man. You and others seem to agree with many acts of socialism. Why does it then become a point of disagreement.Why not be glad and say so that the US finally has a socialist president?

The words socialism and muslim linked with Obama generally brings denials and critisim of the one doing so.

Take a couple of seconds and explain why. Many here lean towards wanting a socialist country so why be upset with your president thought to being a socialist? Same for muslim.

Most here defend and have a high regard,a higher regard shown for any other religious belief,including adventism.

Why object to your president being a part of the Islam faith?

Of course Obama isn't a socialist. That is as silly as saying he is a Muslim.

Obama said during the many of his pre election speeches that he believes in redistribution of the wealth. Tax the rich and give it to those with less income.

If that is not socialism I do not know what is.

Well at least you are honest about admitting you don't know what socialism is. Some start talking about it as if they grasp what it is.

If distributing the wealth is socialism than the United States of America has deep socialistic roots. The public education system has long taxed the rich and provided an education for the poor. Many school districts are supported by property tax which is paid for by property owners. However all children get to go to school, even if their parents are not property owners and the kids of the rich, wealthy property owners get the same public education as the children of the poor folks living in rental property. That is clearly redistribution of the wealth and very much part of American history.
