Aliensanctuary Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 CAIRO, Egypt (ANS) -- The latest in a string of failed attempts by Muslim fanatics on the life of an Egyptian man who publicly converted to Christianity in 2008 happened on July 5. This has been reported Middle Eastern journalist, Mary Abdelmassih, in a story sent to the ASSIST News Service (ANS). Abdelmassih wrote that as 57-year-old, Muslim-born Maher el-Gowhary left his secret lodging somewhere in metropolitan Cairo with his lawyer when two unknown men on a motorbike attacked him with daggers. "They were aiming at my neck to behead me," said Maher in an interview with the US-based Hope Coptic TV Channel. "Something inspired me to turn and give them my shoulder, instead of facing them, which was lucky." Maher said that he fell to the ground covered in blood. "Had it not been for the interference of passers-by who were unaware of my identity and my efforts to quickly stand up and defend myself, I would have been dead by now," he said. During the attack, one of the men shouted the Islamic Jihadi cry of "Allah is Great" while stabbing him. The attackers called him an infidel, and cursed his Christian faith. Maher said that he was left with heavy wounds; however, he fears seeking medical treatment. ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (CDN) — A Muslim mob in Jhelum, Pakistan murdered the wife and four children of a Christian last month, but local authorities are too afraid of the local Muslim leader to file charges, according to area Muslim and Christian sources. Jamshed Masih, a police officer who was transferred 50 kilometers (31 miles) from Gujrat to Jhelum, Punjab Province, said a mob led by Muslim religious leader Maulana Mahfooz Khan killed his family on June 21 after Khan called him to the local mosque and told him to leave the predominantly Muslim colony. Jhelum is 85 kilometers (53 miles) south of Islamabad. "You must leave with your family, no non-Muslim has ever been allowed to live in this colony - we want to keep our colony safe from scum," Khan told Masih, the bereaved Christian told Compass. Masih had moved to Mustafa Colony in Jhelum with his wife, two sons and two daughters and were living in a rented house. Masih said that a Muslim neighbor, Ali Murtaza, told him that area Muslims notified Khan, telling the religious leader, "We cannot allow these non-Muslims to live here, they will be a bad influence on our children." Somali Islamists Execute Christian Convert ASSIST News Service reports that members of the Somali Islamist group al-Shabaab have publicly executed another Christian convert from Islam. The execution occurred in Hudur district, Somalia, on July 1. Muhammad Guul Hashim Idiris, a Christian convert from Islam, was reportedly traveling from Kalafo, an Ethiopian border town, when a fellow passenger recognized him. Idiris said the prophet Muhammad was not a genuine messenger from God when asked, leading the passenger for inform al-Shabaab. Idiris was detained. Sheik Adan Yare, the al-Shabab governor of the Bakol region, told the press on July 1, "Our holy warriors have today, on July 1st at 11: 45 am, executed in front of angry Muslim witnesses a young man whose name was Muhammad Guul Hashim Idiris who insulted our beloved prophet." Iranian Refugees Coming to Faith in Germany ASSIST News Service reports that many Iranians who have fled to Europe to escape the persecution of their homeland have become Christians. Forty Iranians who reside in Germany have recently converted and been baptized as Christians in the city of Hanover, Germany. According to DW, a German news agency, these baptismal ceremonies were conducted in both Farsi and German. Every month tens of Iranians refugees and residents in Germany officially convert to Christianity, the event in Hanover is the first of its kind where a large group have together converted and been baptized as Christians. Hans Jorgen Kutzner, a protestant pastor who closely works with Iranians throughout Germany, said, "Many of these people suffered the brutal and oppressive hand of Islam in their country. Anyone who has experienced such dictatorial oppression seeks to be freed from it at the first available opportunity." IRAQ (ANS) -- The Iranian security forces have burned hundreds of Bibles, according to the Farsi Christian News Network (FCNN). A spokesperson for FCNN said, "This action [of burning the Bibles], which has been confirmed by informed sources, was aired on a site belonging to the Pasdaran paramilitary organization, is nothing less than shameful and the persons responsible must be identified and exposed to the whole world." On May 29, Ati News, a site belonging to Morteza Talaee, the previous head of the security forces and the current member of the Tehran's city council, "in its usual anti-Christian propaganda" reported that their social-life reporter had disclosed that shipments of so called, "Perverted Torah and Gospels" had entered Iran through its Western borders. Eight Christians Killed in Nigerian Muslim Attacks Posted on: 2010-07-07 08:31:07 By Worthy News Africa Service ABUJA, NIGERIA (Worthy News)--Christians in two states of Nigeria were mourning Wednesday, July 7, the killings of at least eight Christian believers, after Muslim militants reportedly attacked several villages. "On the night of July 3, several Muslims attacked Kizachi village in Kaduna State and killed five Christians, including a primary school teacher and mother of six children. The Muslims also burned down five Christian homes," said International Christian Concern (ICC), a well-informed advocacy group. ICC quoted Nigerian sources as saying police had stopped protecting the village on July 2 as the government failed to pay their salaries. There was no immediate comment from Nigerian police. In the second attack, on the night of July 4, 200 Muslims armed with guns and machetes reportedly invaded Ganawuri community, near the town of Jos, which has been the scene of previous deadly sectarian clashes. Three Christians were feared dead in that violence. In a statement, a representative of the Nigerian militarys Special Task Force (STF), Lt. Col. Kingsley Umoh, said attackers were suspected herdsmen from neighboring communities of Kaduna State. Two days later, on May 31, the same report was reiterated by the official anti-crime website of the Pasdaran Army called "Gerdaub" which said that a large shipment of Jewish and Christian Scriptures had entered Iran through the Western Azerbaijan province. According to security officials of that province, the "occupier forces" that operate in the Western regions of Iraq were responsible for such activities. BREAKING NEWS: Afghanistan Christians Detained Amid Execution Threats Posted on: 2010-06-25 03:06:13 By Stefan J. Bos, Worthy News Chief International Correspondent KABUL, AFGHANISTAN (Worthy News)-- Over 20 Afghan Christians have been detained in Afghanistan after high-level leaders called for the arrest and execution of converts to Christianity in the Islamic nation, an advocacy group said Friday, June 25. Britain-based Christian Solidarity Worldwide said the Christians were detained since last week and added that non-Christians with ties to Westerners have also been targeted for interrogation. The names and ages of those detained were not immediately available. The reported arrests came after Abdul Sattar Khawasi, a deputy of the lower house, called for Muslim converts to Christianity to be executed. He expressed outrage over footage from Afghan broadcaster Noorin TV showing men it said were reciting Christian prayers in Farsi and being baptized. "Those Afghans that appeared in this video film should be executed in public, the house should order the attorney general and the NDS (intelligence agency) to arrest these Afghans and execute them," Khawasi said. Pakistan Police Free Abducted Christian Girl Posted on: 2010-06-16 16:15:02 By a Worthy News Correspondentreporting from Pakistan RAWALPINDI, PAKISTAN (Worthy News)-- Pakistani police freed a Christian girl who was kidnapped and raped by five Muslim militants with the apparent support from "religious leaders", but the suspects escaped, her family said Wednesday, June 16. Cynthia Masih, 14, was abducted May 29 while traveling with another girl in a three-wheeled motorized 'rickshaw' in the city of Rawalpindi near Pakistan's capital Islamabad, explained her father Lazarus Masih. He said the five suspects, including three alleged drugs dealers, took his daughter to a house in a suburb of Islamabad "where they drugged and raped her". The men -- identified by police as Guddu, Kamran, Waqas, Adil and Ali -- had earlier threatened him and his daughter, Lazarus Masih said. "They told me that if Cynthia would not be allowed to marry Guddu, they would kill her," he added. "They said they had attended an Islamic Religious Convention where the speaker told them that if they marry a non-Muslim or rape a non- Muslim girl, they would get 70 virgins in heaven." NEWS ALERT: Pakistan Christian Woman Escapes After Kidnapping Posted on: 2010-06-01 01:30:44 By Worthy News Service reporting from Pakistanwith editing by Stefan J. Bos RAWALPINDI, PAKISTAN (Worthy News)-- A Christian woman who was forced to marry a Muslim farmer and convert to Islam amid a dispute over moneysaid Monday, May 31, she has returned home after weeks of "captivity and torture." Sania James, 33, was kidnapped April 5 by armed men who stormed her parent's house in the small town of Rawat, just outside Rawalpindi city, neighbors confirmed to BosNewsLife. The gunmen allegedly told her father that he would see his daughter again if he pays off a loan of 250,000 Rupees (about $2,940) and a whopping 30 percent interest over that amount, much more than previously agreed. James said she was taken to farmer Mohammad Shahbaz Ali and was forced to marry him. "I have been tortured, forced to convert and forcefully married" added James, who escaped earlier this month. FORCED CONVERSION "Although I did not accept Islam, I was continuously tortured," she told Worthy News and its news partner BosNewsLife, without elaborating. "They even threatened to kill my parents, unless I would convert to Islam. One night I managed to escape and returned home. I have contacted Christian rights groups to help me." Neighbors, who said they watched the kidnapping, were allegedly unable to intervene. "We have been warned byAli that if any one will try to help these Christians will have to face dire consequences. Everyone is scared," one of the neighbors, Mohammad Hamza, told BosNewsLife. Church in Indonesia Appeals to the United Nations Imagine with me for a second if your city government had decided to shut down your church and board it up so that you could not use it. What do you think your pastor would do? Would he just give up and say, "Okay folks, we're not having church any more" or do you think that he would call to keep having church except outside of the boarded up building? - I find this a thoughtful question to think about. Unfortunately, this isn't a fake scenario for our brothers and sisters in Indonesia right now, because according to Compass Direct, this is basically what has happened to a church that not only was almost finished with building their church building, but they had also gotten the permits they were supposed to have. The problem started when Muslims in the area decided that they wanted the church shut down, and consequently demonstrated against the church. Naturally, the government caved to the protesting by the Muslims. Please pray for the believers in this fellowship and also pray that the United Nations would help them as they seek to have their rights upheld. More about this story can be read at Compass Direct. Open Season on Christians in the Islamic World August 12, 2009 - by Phyllis Chesler Religious Intolerance in Action For centuries, Muslims committed genocide against Hindus in India and what is now Pakistan. Today, in Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria, Kenya, Turkey, Pakistan, Gaza, and Iran, it’s open season on Christians. Lubna Hussein, the Sudanese journalist who is facing 40 lashes for “indecency” because she wore trousers—has just been barred from leaving Sudan. Interestingly, Hussein is a Christian, not a Muslim; she is also a former UN worker. (For the sake of this lawsuit, she immediately quit her UN job which would have provided her with immunity from such prosecution). The Sudanese Islamist authorities are not allowing her to do an interview in Lebanon. Sarkozy, who has called for a ban of the burqa in France, has invited Hussein to Paris. Please note: In Sudan, non-Muslim women are being punished if they do not dress according to Islamist standards. Human Rights Coalition Against Radical Islam All infidels, including the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) are an endangered species in Muslim countries. Always have been. Christians are being slaughtered in Pakistan by Muslim mobs for refusing to convert; for being Christians; and for allegedly setting fire to a Quran. Young Pakistani Christian girls are being kidnapped, raped, “married” to Muslim men and then forced to convert. Recently, a rampaging Muslim mob burned eight Christians alive, destroyed 50 houses and destroyed a church in the village of Gojra. Earlier this month, Pakistani Christians finally closed their schools and peacefully protested their country’s “blasphemy” laws. Last week, according to Christian Solidarity Worldwide, a thirteen-year-old Nigerian Christian girl described how the Boko Haram butchered her pastor (hacked him to death, then set him on fire) for the crime of being a Christian. Captured, the girl and 100 other girls and women were given the choice of converting to Islam or remaining imprisoned. Their male counterparts were given the choice of conversion or death. The local African Christians cannot understand why the western media have “disregarded the targeted nature of (these) attacks and the brutal murders of Christian pastors.” In bloodthirsty Iran, two women are in jail and on trial—for being Christian, for having dared to convert from Islam. They are apostates and apostasy, (leaving Islam) is a capital offense. Human Rights Coalition Against Radical Islam Maryam Rustampoor, 27, and Marzieh Amirizadeh, 30, have been jailed in Evin Prison for the last five months and have been kept in solitary, tortured, and denied medical treatment. Earlier this week they nevertheless courageously stood up to their interrogator. Although one of the women is in severe pain, they both refused to renounce their faith. The courtroom dialogue resembles the trial of Joan of Arc. The two women claimed that “God had convinced them through the Holy Spirit.” Their interlocutor stated “It is impossible for God to speak with humans,”—to which Amirizadeh replied: “Are you questioning whether God is Almighty?” Deputy Prosecutor: “You were Muslims and now you have become Christians.” The Women: “We were born in Muslim families, but we were not Muslims.” I have been noting the persecution of Christians for some time now. Christianity, which predates Islam in the Middle East and in central Asia, has been under deadly attack from the moment Islam was born. Constantinople was once the capital of Byzantium, Eastern Christianity, but was conquered by Turkish Sultan Mehmet II in the mid-fifteenth century. Thereafter, the most beautiful churches became beautiful mosques, Christians were either converted by the sword, forced to live as second-class citizens, as “dhimmis;” like the Jews, if they were lucky, they were allowed to flee, but only if they left their land, homes, businessness, and wealth behind. What will happen as more and more fundamentalist Muslims move to the West? The West, despite all its considerable faults for which our leaders keep apologizing, (racism, imperialism, colonialism, capitalism), is nevertheless religiously tolerant and multi-culturally relativist. Will fundamentalist Muslims learn tolerance from us, learn how to live-and-let-live? Or will they keep to themselves and continue to view and treat non-Muslims in the West as…unclean, sub-human, better off dead if not converted? When will Westerners truly understand that it is not only the West that has engaged in imperialism, racism, colonialism, and capitalism, but that the so-called East has done so too? African and Arab Muslims had a heavy hand in the African slave trade and, to this day, still keep slaves; Islam is a primarily imperialist venture which has colonized huge tracts of other people’s land. And, how would anyone describe the traffic in oil, drugs, and sex slaves which Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan are currently engaged in as anything other than rank capitalism? But I digress. Will America stand up for religious tolerance abroad or will we view this matter as each country’s sacred, sovereign decision—unless that country is Israel? Yes, ‘tis true: Christians are also persecuted in China, Vietnam, and North Korea—but this is precisely my point. Totalitarian regimes, whether they are communist, Maoist, or Islamist, all forbid freedom of speech and conscience, and always persecute those who choose to practice a religion as opposed to surrendering to the cult of the state. Will fundamentalist Muslims in America allow their sons and daughters to convert to another religion? Or will they immediately kill them? Stay tuned for more on this very subject. Aliensanctuary Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 In the Last Days, we will have to choose one of two masters...YHVH, or...Allah. As Christians, we all know that Jesus taught us to practice non-violence and forgiveness towards those who would harm us. We already know what the overwhelming majority will do, during the Time of the End, to those who choose YHVH as their master, signified by their distinctively marked foreheads, placed there by the LORD. We will all be there. Those who bear his mark and die for the LORD at the hands of mobs with machetes will live forever, but those who choose the other "god" will not be so fortunate. They may think they are winning by killing as many infidels as possible, but the End will be a great disappointment to those who have raped and persecuted and mass-murdered the followers of YHVH. Sadly, the latter will not receive their 70 virgins as a reward for their crimes against the LORD's servants, and against humanity. How fortunate for those who lived and died for the LORD, the ultimate demonstration of their loyalty. Quote The Parable of the Lamb and the Pigpen https://www.createspace.com/3401451

Aliensanctuary Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 During the Last Days, I don't believe there will be any confusion about who is who. (YHVH and Allah aren't their real names, anyway.) If we pay attention to the Scriptures, hopefully we will choose the LORD as our master, and be saved. During the Time of the End, those who serve Allah in this life, even those who commit horrible crimes against Christians, will have the same opportunity as everyone else in choosing between the LORD and the Imposter God. That's the purpose of the Two Witnesses (the LORD's assistants), and the Three Messengers, to educate us by proclaiming the Good News, the Truth, to everyone who has ever lived. aldona Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 What makes you think that these people are our enemies? And even assuming, for the purpose of this argument, that they are in fact our enemies... I seem to recall a certain Teacher instructing us on how we are to relate to our enemies, including those who hate us and persecute us. I also seem to remember Him teaching a certain Golden Rule... ...no, not the modern one that most Christians seem to follow, which has two versions: (a) Do unto others before they do unto you, and ( He who has the gold makes the rules. aldona Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Sivart, please provide sources for Christians who call God, allah. Our word "God" is translated into Arabic as "Allah". They have no other word that means simply "God". If you read a Christian Bible in Arabic, wherever ours says "God", theirs says "Allah." I can state this with certainty because over the past 2 years we have had Egyptian (Coptic Orthodox) Christians and Syrian Christians (Catholic, converts from Islam and the Druze religion) living and staying in our house, and having Bible studies with us, reading their Bibles in both Arabic and English. Aliensanctuary Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Allah-the Moon God (This website traces the evolution of Allah from the Moon God of pagan Arabs into the Supreme Deity of Islam. The symbol of the Moon God was a crescent, his wife was the sun, and their daughters were the stars.) Quote: Al-Kindi, one of the early Christian apologists against Islam, pointed out that Islam and its god Allah did not come from the Bible but from the paganism of the Sabeans. They did not worship the God of the Bible but the Moon-god and his daughters. According to numerous inscriptions, while the name of the Moon-god was Sin, his title was al- ilah, i.e. "the deity," meaning that he was the chief or high god among the gods. The god Il or Ilah was originally a phase of the Moon God. The Moon-god was called al- ilah, i.e. the god, which was shortened to Allah in pre-Islamic times. Thousands of inscriptions from walls and rocks in Northern Arabia have also been collected. Reliefs and votive bowls used in worship of the "daughters of Allah" have also been discovered. The three daughters are sometimes depicted together with Allah the Moon-god represented by a crescent moon above them. The archeological evidence demonstrates that the dominant religion of Arabia was the cult of the Moon-god. Muhammad was raised in the religion of the Moon-god Allah. But he went one step further than his fellow pagan Arabs. While they believed that Allah, i.e. the Moon-god, was the greatest of all gods and the supreme deity in a pantheon of deities, Muhammad decided that Allah was not only the greatest god but the only god. Muhammad thus attempted to have it both ways. To the pagans, he said that he still believed in the Moon-god Allah. To the Jews and the Christians, he said that Allah was their God too. But both the Jews and the Christians knew better and that is why they rejected his god Allah as a false god. When the popularity of the Moon-god waned elsewhere, the Arabs remained true to their conviction that the Moon-god was the greatest of all gods. While they worshipped 360 gods at the Kabah in Mecca, the Moon-god was the chief deity. Mecca was in fact built as a shrine for the Moon-god. This is what made it the most sacred site of Arabian paganism. "Islam proved itself to be...a separate and antagonistic religion which had sprung up from idolatry." Islamic scholar Caesar Farah concluded, "There is no reason, therefore, to accept the idea that Allah passed to the Muslims from the Christians and Jews." The Arabs worshipped the Moon-god as a supreme deity. But this was not biblical monotheism. While the Moon-god was greater than all other gods and goddesses, this was still a polytheistic pantheon of deities. Now that we have the actual idols of the Moon-god, it is no longer possible to avoid the fact that Allah was a pagan god in pre-Islamic times. Is it any wonder then that the symbol of Islam is the crescent moon? That a crescent moon sits on top of their mosques and minarets? That a crescent moon is found on the flags of Islamic nations? That the Muslims fast during the month which begins and ends with the appearance of the crescent moon in the sky? The pagan Arabs worshipped the Moon-god Allah by praying toward Mecca several times a day; making a pilgrimage to Mecca; running around the temple of the Moon-god called the Kabah; kissing the black stone; killing an animal in sacrifice to the Moon-god; throwing stones at the devil; fasting for the month which begins and ends with the crescent moon; giving alms to the poor, etc. The Muslim's claim that Allah is the God of the Bible and that Islam arose from the religion of the prophets and apostles is refuted by solid, overwhelming archeological evidence. Islam is nothing more than a revival of the ancient Moon-god cult. It has taken the symbols, the rites, the ceremonies, and even the name of its god from the ancient pagan religion of the Moon-god. As such, it is sheer idolatry and must be rejected by all those who follow the Torah and Gospel. Quote The Parable of the Lamb and the Pigpen https://www.createspace.com/3401451

Posting sarcasm and declaring age differential will not forward your ends. Merely it will cause a desire to rebel and resist the truth. The older I get the more I realize that devil uses very sly tactics to try and get us Christians to come in line with his "theories". Islam I believe is one of these. Don't get me wrong there are good people who are a part of Islam. Yet like the Papal church the system is still linked to that old adversary the devil. Paganism has no mix with Christianity, when we begin to believe that it can we are in danger indeed. The funny thing is when you start doing the research those ideas and principles crumble to dust in the light of day. They are shown for what they are. Islam is no different. (I'm not attacking the people, just the system) When you really research you find that its ties are totally pagan. There is nothing in the religion that is "christian". What should we assume a wolf posing as a sheep desire is? To just be a sheep? I would emphatically disagree, and suggest it is merely to lead more real sheep to the slaughter. This is satans main goal. Perhaps Christs admonition bears repeating: "be wise as serpents and harmless as doves." Quote "Unless they thus render my conscience bound by the word of God, I cannot and I will not retract, for it is unsafe for a Christian to speak against his conscience. Here I stand, I can do no other; may God help me." Martin Luther, Diet of Worms
Aliensanctuary Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 As a typical cult, Islam demands tolerance of its beliefs and practices, and accommodation in areas where it is not the majority. Where Islam rules, it refuses to grant tolerance of other faiths or accommodate the beliefs and practices of other religions, hence, persecution, rape, torture, and murder are destined for those who reject Islam.
