Overaged Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 I certainly don't want to see you kicked off or any such thing. I like you - arguments and all!! And you should know as a doctor, it is not wrong to use sleep-aids judiciously, as long as you are not prescribing them to yourself. I have found that sometimes, not being able to sleep just means God is trying to say something to you.. Keep looking up! Quote "People [rarely] see...the bright light which is in the clouds..." As far as sleeping pills, none of them work for me. There are some poor jerks in that fix. Makes for good communication with God. Members phkrause Posted March 23 Members Posted March 23 Does Coffee Help or Cause Inflammation? Key takeaways Coffee contains active compounds like caffeine, chlorogenic acid (CGA), cafestol, trigonelline, and kahweol that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Research suggests coffee may lower inflammation for many people. Regular coffee drinkers may have lower inflammatory markers than non-regular drinkers. However, coffee may increase inflammation for some people. Decaffeinated coffee likely offers similar benefits because it contains the same compounds without caffeine. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/coffee-inflammation?
