Cheddar,

This is a matter of eternal life or death and not to be taken so lightly. You want to be sure on this matter as one don't have any more chances to get it right. His Word is Truth and quit picking and choosing just that that can be made to uphold what you would like, the eay way out. The easy way is His Way, He made it and there is no other way and it is more than just the common believe statement of today. That Believe statement carries far more than most want to comprehend.

I tell you do it His way and not some false teachers way that will bring you up at the second resurrection.

Our do is die of the old man, self, fall and be broken on Him and broken to His will and born again with His Nature and a victory over the old life of sin is yours.

1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

Faith and obedience are like a double-edged sword---they are inseparable. Without faith, we cannot obey the commands of the LORD, our Master. Without obedience, we have no faith, and are therefore rebels, no matter what we might profess.

The bodies of those who refused to obey the LORD dropped in the desert in the time of Moses, while those who believed the LORD and obeyed his commands rode on into glory, and history.

In the Kingdom of the Stars there will be neither rebels, nor the disobedient. It's all about obeying the commands of the LORD, even to the death, if necessary, if we are to become his servants, forever. Our determination to honor the LORD by obedience in this life will help us greatly in overcoming the deceptions of the Evil One in the Last Days.

It's your choice as Gibs correctly said so well!

It is my choice and I choose to believe the words of Paul.

Paul kept the law better than anyone and what did it get him.

His crowning achievement of law keeping was murdering the ones who truly had faith, had God’s love and were real commandment keepers.

Huh? Yes, of course you can as we all have free choices to make. But to say that Paul murdered those who had faith is your presumption or assumption only (a pet peeve of mine).

Jesus did not need faith as He knew the truth and His Father and Mother the Holy Spirit. No one will need faith in heaven either.

Faith simply allows one to believe and practice a lie without feeling guilty and being held guilty for not searching for and practicing the truth.

Yes, perhaps we all start out with faith, but the more one learns of the truth, the less faith they need as truth replaces faith. In fact, it is truth that really sets one free from sin--not faith.

Jesus had ample time to say anything about righteousness by faith or being saved by grace, but NEVER did so. Why? Because believing such things are a lie. After all where do you find any grace for the 5 foolish virgins? Huh?

Your beliefs are not so different than most adventists I know. They may not have gone as far as you but they’re definitely on the same path. At least you’re honest for the most part.

You begin with a lie that is taught to every little adventist boy and girl from the time they can understand. That lie being that the ‘ten commandments must be kept’ no matter what and carry it out to its logical conclusion. A rejection of Paul and most of the NT.

The writings of Paul are unmistakably in favor of grace (unmerited favor) and against the failed legal religion of the old covenant (including the decalogue). The law which reigns supreme in heaven is the law of self-sacrificing love. What place would the commandments have in heaven? All the angels are male so they can’t commit adultery, they were all formed by the hand of God so no mother and father to honor – I mean come on, love is a better way of expressing the law.

Your mother is not the Holy Spirit (who is male by the way), your mother is EGW and you teach the same lies she did. At least she repented at the end of her life and confessed that Jones and Waggoner had the true gospel and all she had were Jewish fables. So in this respect she’s a good example to follow.

Just confess that the 1888 message is the truth and your sins will be wiped away.

"But I have this against you, that you have left your FIRST love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen, and repent and DO the DEEDS you did at first: or else I am coming to you, and will remove your lampstand out of its place---unless you repent!" Rev. 2:4-5)

You may not understand the seven warning messages to God's Kingdom of Heaven found in Rev. 2 and 3, but know this, those few who do understand (Rev.3:4) know who they are because of these warnings. They are not warnings to just everyone, but they are done in such a way that none of the wicked will understand (Dan. 12:10)

Here is the thing (if you truly want to understand), Adventists were ON the right path at first and everyone (no real leaders) were studying to know the truth. However, a speed bump occured when one of them said she was receiving visions from God, thereby derailing the real truth until such a time as the last generation when only the real bond servants for Christ (Rev. 1:1) will come to a full understanding because they have repented of their false beliefs learned from the false prophetess who said that Paul was the greatest apostle there was.

Now, you said the lie was about the ten commandments because Paul said you don't need to keep them. Yes, I fully agree with you here--Paul was the one who's gospel of faith and grace (the 1888 change of beliefs of SDAs) has led those who would have been bondservants, astray by the deception one can be saved by grace and become righteous by faith.

Do you want to bet your soul on Paul's and EGW's words, or do you want to bet your soul on the words of Jesus? It is as simple as that and we all must make a choice. For me, I choose the words of Jesus. Since He said that those found in Rev. 12:17 will be the ones keeping all ten of the commandments and holding fast to His testimony (words) then that is exactly what I will do and teach.
