There continued to be pressure all last year. Since kim jong il died in December, I haven't seen any news about any ongoing talks with them.

There is little doubt in the international community that Iran wants nuclear weapons. Iran is also a known supporter of terrorism and desires the complete annihilation of of Israel. So their suspected desire for nuclear weapons needs to be taken seriously. My idea of nuclear-armed satellites is a splendid solution. Both the USA and the USSR pointing nuclear arms at each other prevented nuclear war all during the cold war. The threat of nuclear annihilation is a great deterrent.
