I say numerology is of the devil.

In this case you are not right. Nothing belongs to the Devil except his ability to deceive and be in the business of fabricating lies and deception. This is why in John 8:44, when Jesus talked about the Devil, Jesus said: "He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."

The business of paying attention to numbers began on the first week of creation, specially on the Seventh day of the week: "Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done" (Genesis 2:3). Also an angel named Gabriel came to Daniel (Daniel 9:20-25) and explained him in clear numbers when Jesus Christ would be put to death.

We need to also understand that when Adam and Eve sinned against God, they transferred the authority that they had on planet Earth to Satan, the Devil. However, this authority was taken back by Jesus Christ when He died on the cross for our sins. This is why after His resurrection, He came back to His disciples and said: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20). However, even though the Devil has lost his authority on this Earth, he has not lost his power to deceive the human race. Through this power, he is able to use the authority that individuals have on people in order to try to get and keep the whole world to his side. Nonetheless, God has put significant restrictions on the Devil's power and he can only act restricted by a chain of circumstances that are finally under God's control. This is why when the Devil uses his power to deceive people so they could hurt fellow humans, anyone who has a basic biblical understanding plus the ability to pray would be able to detect the Devil's movements through "numerical noises" he makes while his ability to move among people is being restricted by a "heavy chain of circumstances."

In a sense, the war against terrorism in the USA is taking a very similar route to the "war on drugs." Those are two wars with no end in sight, many untimely deaths in the USA and throughout the entire world with an endless shed of blood and tears.

Since this is a collective problem affecting all of us, we first need to begin analyzing what is wrong within us. However, we will never be able to solve our problems by just focusing on what is wrong within us. This is because while we focus on what is wrong within us, many decisions regarding how to confront evil will be falling in the hands of politicians that have gravitated and politicians that will be gravitating toward positions of power. The problem is that for politicians to be successful in landing in positions of power, they usually depend on exploiting perceived weakness of their political opponents while promising to bring into reality the hopes of an innumerable number of potential supporters that they wish to consider as their constituents; these are the people that they try to represent. Another problem is that many of those that they wish to represent have fallen under a vicious cycle of deception, lies and ego inflation that has been prepared by Satan in order to have more influence on their lives. Now, politicians that are able to land in a position of power will try to consolidate and preserve such position. Therefore, the real challenge for shaping a better future does not really lie on how politicians and heads of government feel or believe but on how their perceived constituency really thinks and believes. This allows us to better understand U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry who responded to the issue of the Boston Marathon bombing on 4-15-2013 by praising law enforcement in their hunt for the Boston Marathon attack suspects while stating the following: "I think it is fair to say this entire week we have been in pretty direct confrontation with evil... In the past few days, we have seen the best and we have seen the worst of human behavior, and it is the best that all of us really want to focus on."

The problem is that what is considered "evil" and what is considered "the best" in human behavior, within the secular world, is not based on absolute moral standards already put in place by an all powerful and intelligent source of life in our physical universe. Within the secular world, "evil" and "the best" in human behavior is decided by how people see through a kind of ideologically colored glasses within an universe that has spontaneously evolved by itself and is being guided by a set of constantly shifting moral standards.

How the USA has become a land where the universe is seen as having spontaneously evolved by itself and is guided by a set of constantly shifting moral standards is understood by seeing enemies of the gospel using the American legal system as a platform for the creation of impediments against bringing the teachings of the gospel regarding human origin and human destiny to the minds of young children.

ACLU Seeks to Ban Bible Distribution in Kentucky Schools

The American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky sent a letter Thursday to 174 public school superintendents citing the possibility of a lawsuit in the 2013-2014 academic school year if they continue to allow The Gideons International to distribute Bibles, the New Testament and religious literature to students on public school campuses.

In the letter accompanying the Open Records Act request, William Sharp, the ACLU Kentucky staff attorney, states that the distribution of religious literature on public school grounds during school hours violates federal law. He also accuses elementary school staff of violating federal laws by being complicit in allowing The Gideons International to distribute Bibles to students.

He wrote, "… this practice violates both federal and state constitutional guarantees barring governmental endorsement of religion, and it also impermissibly encroaches upon parents' prerogative to direct the religious upbringing of their children. By allowing an outside group to distribute sectarian materials directly to public elementary school students during school hours, school officials create the impression that the school endorses those religious views which subjects the students to 'subtle coercive pressure' to accept the proffered religious materials."

"As part of that assessment," Sharp continued, "we are also closely examining whether, in an appropriate case, school officials may be personally liable for violations of clearly established federal law."

Michael Aldridge, the executive director of the ACLU Kentucky, said in a statement: "Directing the religious upbringing of one's own children is one of the most fundamental rights a parent can have. When government officials, including school officials, take it upon themselves to usurp that parental prerogative, they exceed their governmental authority and undermine religious liberty.

"The ACLU of Kentucky fully supports the rights of all religious groups to promote their message of faith. Government officials, however, cannot allow our public elementary schools to be used by others to promote one religion over another."

The Gideons International faced similar challenges from the ACLU in Missouri and Tennessee, in which the ACLU claimed that Bible distribution to students in school classrooms and on campus grounds was "unconstitutional."

In Tennessee, the ACLU and school officials in White County, Tenn., settled on an agreement that would ban The Gideons International from entering fifth grade classrooms to distribute Bibles to students, but would allow the distribution of religious and secular materials as part of a forum. The forum, however, would ban the promotion of religious literature, and limit the organization's contact with students.

In Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District found in 2008 that "the practice of Bible distribution in the public school of a rural Missouri county was unconstitutional," according to the ACLU website. "The ACLU of Eastern Missouri filed suit against the South Iron School District in February 2006. The court had earlier entered a temporary injunction against Bible distribution, which was upheld by the Eight Circuit appellate court in August 2007."

The ACLU also fought the distribution of Bibles to military recruits in all branches of the Armed Forces, citing that The Gideons International was "granted privileged access" to give away free Bibles and literature to soldiers at Military Entrance Processing Stations.

In 2007, the ACLU sent a letter to the commanding officer of MEPS "to determine the extent to which religious and non-religious organizations were permitted to circulate literature," which prompted the U.S. government's decision to allow all organizations, secular and religious, to distribute literature, thus avoiding the impression that the government endorses Christianity over secular beliefs or other religions.

The Christian Post contacted The Gideons International for comment, but a representative was not available to respond at time of publication.

We know that since Jesus' execution on the cross by Roman soldiers over 2,000 years ago, Satan has tried to ban any influence that the gospel could have in young developing minds by using many kinds of adversarial ideological thinking. During the first century of Christianity, Jesus' enemy did it through a fierce and bloody persecution against Christians; in modern history, he has done it through communist ideologies in communist nations; in Muslim nations, Satan is doing it through an unforgivable opposition against the advance of Jesus' teachings within their nations and in the United States of America, the Devil is accomplishing this goal by capturing the minds of ACLU lawyers against the spread of Jesus teachings of how to love God and how to love other people. However, while Satan is guiding ACLU lawyers to be fighting inch by inch against Jesus' teachings (about the origin of the human race and the glorious destiny that God has reserved for the children of the first human couple that lived on this Earth), the ACLU is doing nothing in favor of having teenagers to abstain from sexual activity until they are mature enough to bring up their own children in a safe way or against how to prevent kids being taught how to use weapons that are being used to kill their siblings (A 5-year-old boy accidentally shot his 2-year-old sister to death in rural southern Kentucky with a rifle he had received as a gift last year, authorities said. With an incredible hypocrisy, the ACLU is being guided by Satan, the enemy of God the Creator in order to establish a wall of separation between the Creator and His creatures on planet Earth. Moreover, the ACLU does nothing to help biological parents in their rights to avoid their children being exposed to a way of thinking about how to have family formation that is against very basic natural biologic laws. Also (as illustrated by the 2 years old girl killed by her 5 years old brother mentioned above), with an incredible hypocrisy guided by the enemy of God the Creator, Satan, the ACLU is doing nothing to have the American society preventing irresponsible parents to expose their children to firearms before they are mature enough to make mature and prudent decisions on how to best handle those lethal weapons. Therefore, when Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev came to the United States of America, the American Civil Union guided by the Spirit of God's enemy, this is Satan, made it more difficult for those two brothers to learn about Jesus' teachings regarding love and forgiveness in order to deal with fellow humans. Now, when their family structure began to crumble through a divorce of their parents, they began to turn to a more strictly kind of Islamic faith, that according to the Quram 5:33, teaches the following:

Therefore, we can say that Satan has needed multiple factors to help his ability to induce the Tsarnaev brothers to be able to create death and destruction through the twin bombings of the Boston Marathon on 4-15-2013. First, the Devil had to use the American Civil Liberties Union to be able to put roadblocks against the advance of Jesus' teachings and the influence of His Kingdom in the minds young teenagers attending American schools. Second, the Devil or Satan had to use the destruction of the family structure through the divorce of the parents of the Tsarnaev brothers in 2011 in order to bring a thirst of "spiritual values" within the mind of the older brother. Third, since the Devil, Satan has used the American Civil Liberties Union in order to put roadblocks against the advance of the spiritual and human values taught by our Lord Jesus Christ, then Tamerlan Tsarnaev had not other choice to turn to a more strict version of Islam seeing a religious duty to live up to the teachings of Quran 5:33. Fourth, the Tsarnaev brothers had to make a choice of whether to live up to a strict literal interpretation of Quran 5:33 or live according to his fellow Muslim brothers who don't even think of Quran 5:33 as an alternative way of how to live up to their Islamic faith. Fifth, the Tsarnaev brothers could not find any teenager friend in high school or in college who could invite them to quench their religious or spiritual thirst through the teachings of love and forgiveness of our Lord Jesus Christ. In order for the Boston Marathon twin bombings to take place, those five factors had to be put together by his majesty Satan to make those twin bombings a reality.

I strongly believe that the First Amendment of the US constitution is a "contract" that the American nation has made with "history" in order for this nation to become a truthful symbol of real freedom, peace and prosperity to the entire world. However, Satan, the Devil, has used the American Civil Liberties Union and other organizations that are highly unfriendly to the kingdom of heavens as explained by Jesus Christ and His most early followers to have any influence in developing young minds. This influence would help them to accumulate a greater arsenal of moral ammunition to choose from whenever they have to make a sensible judgment or difference between good and evil. Regretfully, we are all reaping horrendous results by having the courts of the United States of America allowing to become real instruments in abrogating the First Amendment of the US constitution by impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech by forbidding Gideons International to place New Testaments in the hands of young school children.

We need to truly understand that the future of the American nation does not lie on how current political leaders think but how young teenagers are learning to make a choice between right and wrong.

Now, let us look to the "numerical noises" Satan has been making in order to use human minds devoid of Jesus' teachings in order to bring blood, death and destruction at the Boston Marathon April 14, 2013:

First, the bombing made during the Boston Marathon was originally planned for July 4, 2013 (7-4-13; 7 + 4 = 11). However, it was done on April 15-2013 (4-15-13; 15 - 4 = 11; 4 + 15 = 19). 19 is the numbers of terrorists that brought death and destruction on American soil on 9-11-2001. MIT police office Sean Collier, 27 (2 + 7 = 9; other report said that he was 26 but a subsequent report made a correction that he turned 29 on January 2013) died from multiple gunshot wounds in the early morning hours of Friday April 19, 2013 as he responded to a noise complaint around 10:30 pm (http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/25/us/boston-marathon-bombings-developments.html). Despite the massive manhunt to apprehend the Tarsanev brothers it was only on the 19 of April that the older brother could be killed by the police and the younger brother could be later apprehended. Transit Police Officer Richard H. Donahue Jr., 33 (3 x 11), who was shot as officers pursued the Tsarnaevs into Watertown, was in critical but stable condition at Mt. Auburn Hospital. One 8 years old kid, Martin Richard was killed and an 11 years old Aaron Hern was injured during the Marathon bombing (8 + 11 = 19); Krystle Campbell 29 (2 + 9 = 11) was also killed during the bombing; on Sunday about 11,000 mourners (11 x 1000) attended Campbell's wake and the funeral ceremony was planned next day, Monday at 11:00 am (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/04/22/krystle-campbell-funeral_n_3131310.htm). The three friends of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev that tried to destroy or hide evidence that would implicate him were Azamat Tazhayakov, Dias Kadyrbayev and Robel Phillipos all of them were 19 years old; Robel Philipos & Dzhokhar Tsarnaev both belonged to class of 2011 in Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. Later on 2011 they joined at the At the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, both from Kazakhstan. 2011 was a year when the parents of the Tsarnaev parents were getting divorced. On September 11, 2012, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev became an American citizen. This took place 11 years after 19 Muslim terrorist caused the collapse of the twin Trade World Center towers, the crash against the Pentagon and a plane crash on Pennsylvania (some people feel that that plane was trying to be diverted to crash against the Capitol in Washington, DC.

This a grisly report that may be tied to Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the dead suspect in the Boston Marathon Bombings:

Despite efforts of officials and the mainstream media to avoid any linkage between the bombings just two weeks ago and a violence emanating from a particular form of radicalized Islam, everyone has now been forced to acknowledge that connection.

The younger brother, Dzohkar, has admitted to authorities that his older brother Tamerlan was infuriated by the United States, in particular for what he believed was its attacks on Islam through the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The current narrative seems to be an effort to localize the radicalization and to believe what some authorities say that the murders were acts taken without direction, support or connection to any terrorist groups outside of the United States.

There is not logical or sensible explanation that could give any kind of remote justification for the Tsarnaev brothers to turn against an American society that was generous enough to give them political asylum, food, shelter and the opportunity of paid education in order to shape a better future for themselves and their posterity. The only sensible explanation is that Satan the Devil is real and that he has had the power to deceive the American Civil Liberties Union in order to put enormous legal roadblocks against Gideons International with the goal in mind of preventing Jesus' followers to capture the hearts, minds and imagination of young school children regarding the real origin and the glorious destiny that God has already preserved for the human race. If during the fall of 2006,(when Tamerlan began attending Massachusetts' Bunker Hill Community College) his spiritual thirst to become a truly Godly person had been quenched by a fellow student who had learned about Jesus when he was in primary school, the Boston Marathon bombing on April 15, 2013 would have never happened. This is because Jesus teaches those seeking to quench their spiritual thirst just the opposite of Quran 5:33 as quoted above.

We need to truly understand that everything that exists came through the will and unlimited power of God the Creator. Therefore, things cannot turn right when we consciously try to ignore Him in a our personal lives and in our collective experience as society. This is real because we are purposely abdicating the protective and the sustaining power through Whom the entire universe came into existence and is sustained.

The business of trying o ignore God as an intelligent Creator that has the ability to help us shape a better future is not something new in the human race.

Atheism: the denial of God's need in order to live or to live eternally is nothing new. Its origin is mentioned in Genesis 3:4-5 when the Devil spoke with Eve implying that she could do just the opposite of what God commanded our first parents so they could enjoy an endless life on earth. Today, atheism is much more than a denial of needing God in our daily lives. It is a denial that God even exist. We even have militant atheists that have a feeling that God can only exist in the human mind. Therefore, they are trying "to kill God" by denying any public utterance of His name or the collective acknowledgement of His existence by prohibiting praying to Him in public ceremonies; moreover, militant atheists and militant secularists usually like to work together in order to prohibit any science investigator to write textbooks acknowledging the possible existence of any intelligence in the design of life on earth.

Secularism: This is a view that "the will of God" should not have any bearing on human behavior and that our ability to act as a collective group of individuals should not have any relation with God's commandments. To a militant secularist, God's instructions regarding what is a sinful action should not have any influence on human behavior. The root of secularism comes from Cain, the first son of Adam and Eve. His behavior regarding how to run a family and how teach work and family ethics to his children came from the example he learned from his parents Adam and Eve. Otherwise, his own human intelligence would be his best guide, even including how God should worshiped. This is how Cain decided to bring an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. This is because he labored as a farmer and it was the most easy thing for him to do when he presented to bring an offering to the Lord. When his offering was not accepted by God, instead of asking the Lord for specific directions on how he could bring an offering acceptable to God, he felt so annoyed and angered that he ended up killing his own brother in order take away from his consciousness the annoyance that his brother's behavior toward God was better than his own behavior. Later, when God asked Cain where his brother Abel was, Cain entered into a state of denial. When he realized that he could not hide from God what happened, he felt so sad about killing his own brother that he understood that he deserved to die due to his action. Moreover, he did not see himself offering any resistance to fight back if any of his other family members came later to kill him because of what he did. When Cain told God that he would be killed because of his crime and God felt that Cain was not having any plan to protect himself through any means of violence, then God assured him that no one would touch him and set a mark on Cain so no one would dare to kill Cain due to the crime he committed against his own brother. God has a thorough understanding of the curse of sin and that the death of Cain through violent means would have done nothing to help others to be obedient to the will of God. Even though Cain was forgiven by God, he did not teach his children to seek God. He just concentrated in instilling them good work ethics; Cain built the first city on earth. This was a city which was named after his son Enoch (Genesis 4:17). However, with secularism as it was lived by Cain and his descendants, the family ethics of one man for one woman was broken through Lamech the 6th generation after Adam and Eve through Cain. Nonetheless, the work ethics transmitted through the personal example of Adam and Eve persisted: One of the sons of Lamech taught his posterity the art of music by having them to learn to play harp and music (Genesis 4:21); the other son taught his posterity how to dwell in tents and have livestock (Genesis 4:20); the son from his other wife taught his posterity craftsmanship in works of bronze and iron (Genesis 4:22). The problem with secularism mixed with polygamy (in the case of Lamech) is that when we have a man fathering many children there is loss of moral authority on how children have to behave with other fellow humans. This prompted Lamech to recur to violence and this is what Lamech said: “Adah and Zillah, hear my voice; wives of Lamech, listen to my speech! For I have killed a man for wounding me, Even a young man for hurting me. If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, Then Lamech seventy-sevenfold” (Genesis 4:23-24). The forgiveness of God toward Cain was being used as an excuse by Lamech to set up a new doctrine of human against human violence that was never taught by Cain to his descendants. The earth became so full of violence that it was a threat to the survival to the human species on earth and God had to take into His own hands who should live and who should die by sending a flood to wipe out the inhabitants of the earth.

Paganism: After most of the inhabitants of the earth were wiped out by a flood and as a result of the cataclysmic changes on the surface of the earth, the descendants of Noah who did no wish to seek God turned to paganism in order to have many gods to approve the lifestyle they wished to have and to transmit such lifestyle to posterity.

Judaism: When the descendants of Abraham and Jacob decided to forget about God and worship pagan deities in the same way their neighbors were doing, then God delivered them to pagan nations so they could have a first hand experience of what is the abomination that pagans nations are guided by versus the sensible laws of spiritual and civil behavior God requires from His children. However, they became so proud and so rigid with their religious rituals that they would become a danger to the works of God living in the human heart and mind.

Christianism: Through Christianity, we learn that the Creator accepted to be born as a baby, grow up as a man in order to teach us through words and deeds how to keep God's commandments and how tow have a personal relationship with Him through God's Holy Spirit. However during Jesus' times, the Jews decided that it is a blasphemy to think that God would humble Himself so much to save the human race. They decided that Jesus was a blasphemous impostor; therefore, according to the law of Moses, He should be put to death. Jesus finally accepted such death after consulting in prayer with the Father in Gethsemane when in His own humanity He fully understood that there was not other way to save the human race. Moreover, the resurrection of Lazarus he helped to bring about four days after he was dead and his own resurrection three days after being put to death would pave the way for millions and millions of future believers to have a much more closer relationship with God the Creator and finally eternal live through Jesus' teachings and example. Moreover, sometime before Gethsemane, He received two visitors from heaven: Moses and Elijah in order to strengthen His resolve to fulfill His mission in favor of the earth's inhabitants. Nonetheless, Judaism would see Christianity as an abominable distortion and corruption of Judaism and something that should eliminated from the face of the earth. However, God decided otherwise, it should be Judaism that should face and almost total extinction and Jerusalem was delivered to the Roman pagan troops who destroyed the temple in Jerusalem the basis of Judaism.

Islamism: By the attack against Christianity by Judaism, Paganism, Secularism and Atheism, God decided that paganism or worship to false deities was not going to continue shaping human thinking. Atheism and Secularism would be more important shaping the destiny of nations than Judaism or Paganism. However, it is impossible to eradicate the idea of God from the human mind because we were created to worship Him. Since the whole world was being united by Satan in order eradicate Christianity from human thinking, the most natural evolution of a dominant spiritual way of thinking would be Islamism. However, since the teachings of Jesus Christ was being rejected then Romans 6:23 would become an incomplete verse in the minds of millions of inhabitants of this world. In the experience of Atheists, Humanists, Pagans, Jews and Islamists, instead of experiencing the biblical sentence stating that: "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23), they would only experience the first half of the sentence given by God that "For the wages of sin is death..." This is because Atheists, Humanists, Pagans, Jews and Islamist all have joined the "anti-eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord wagon" taking the whole human race to a way of terror, fear, hate and resentment and a sure annihilation of the entire human species through nuclear bombs, planted bombs, chemical weapons, deadly drones and firearms.

However, in his infinite wisdom God is allowing evidence to come forward making us to think that the senseless killings by Islamist extremists should never be considered as a "lone wolf operation" like activist secularists and atheists manipulating what the government is telling to the rest of the people. Moreover, Jesus has taught us that we should always have love for one another. This teaching of Jesus is being systematically wiped out from thinking individuals throughout the entire earth. This has given a free hand to Satan the Devil, the enemy of God's creation to use human beings to kill and dismember fellow humans while generating the same "numerical noises." Those "numerical noises" should really scare the hell out of any sensible person so much that such person should invoke the name of Jesus because He is the only one with the authority and the power to render useless the diabolic hate that Islamic extremists have against their fellow human brothers and sisters. Lee Rigby first and last name adds up to 9 letters. Sept. 11-2001 was a day when the whole earth kind of stood still. The events that took place it really shook the other countries also. Regarding the horrendous flooding in the state of Colorado on September 2013, the 9th month of the year:

Something very weird and strange is going on with those that have decided to govern themselves by rejecting the government that Jesus' teachings should have on our minds and behavior. Such attitude of rejecting Jesus' teachings on how we should relate with others seems to coincide with a very destabilizing effect on mother nature and this makes us to have a more difficult time in having happier and longer life on earth. It seems that by such destabilization of nature the suffering that we, humans, inflict on each other is then exacerbated by a destabilization of mother nature. This is what I have labeled in other posts as an "axis of natural of instability" that could put in danger the life of any person that happens to be in the wrong place and at the wrong time.

Moreover, according to 1st John 4:8, "whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love." Now, instead of seeking God or seeking truthful love above everything else, the government in Colorado is being switched to a kind of government that wishes to serve a "lesser god" this is the god labeled "rights" of anyone, no matter how demented that person is, to acquire weapons with the ability of killing dozens of fellow humans in just a few minutes without any kind of provocation. I feel that all humans including government officials should be temple of the Holy Spirit. Regretfully, God's Spirit has to be withdrawn from people when they promote a kind of government in our lives that is different from the kind of self-government that Jesus advocates in our personal lives. Now, since God is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe, when His Spirit is withdrawn from His creatures, this has a devastating effect on nature and this has a horrendous effect on the lives of those who happen to be "in the wrong place and at the wrong time."

Based on reasons that I am not able to understand, the worst flood of water on the state of Colorado has come on September 2013; this is the 9th month of the year. I find it very enigmatic that also on September 11, 2013 two state senators from the state of Colorado proposing some kind of gun control that would prevent demented individuals from acquiring lethal arms were announced to have lost a recall election made the day before. The Spirit of God that wishes us to love each other and not to kill each other was rejected by those who prefer more a right to kill others than a duty to love fellow humans. And a heavy rain that began on September 9, 10 & 11, 2013 (deja vu, all over again?) on September 12, 2013 became the worst flood in Colorado since "Big Thompson" flash flood of July 1976.

Now, I know that there are many skeptical atheists and believers in "other gods or deities" that would say that by having people to defend more their rights to acquire means to easily kill other people than emphasizing their duty to love each other has nothing to do with the worst flood in Colorado over three decades occurring on the 9th month of the year around September 11th. However, if they were right in such assertion, we need to remind them that by emphasizing our duty to love each other, as Jesus taught, we would not have so many guns related homicides in this nation where many citizens are more ready to defend their rights to acquire lethal arms to kill fellow citizens instead of advocating our duty to love each other as the Lord Jesus Christ commands us to do.

This week's rains and floods in Colorado were the result of a strong, slow-moving storm at upper levels of the atmosphere located to the west of the state, according to meteorologist Jeff Masters with the Weather Underground. The storm got trapped to the south of an unusually strong ridge of high pressure parked over Western Canada, he says.

The circulation around the storm tapped a plume of extremely moist, monsoonal air from Mexico that pushed up against the mountains and fell as rain on the already saturated ground, soaked from rain earlier in the week, Masters adds.

How much rain? From the afternoon of Sept. 9 through midday on Sept. 13, 14.62 inches of rain fell in Boulder. Average September rainfall in Boulder is only 1.63 inches, according to Weather Channel meteorologist Jon Erdman, adding that Boulder picked up almost nine times its average September monthly rainfall in almost four days.

Finally, winds 15,000 feet above the ground were generally blowing from southeast to northwest and were light, Erdman says. This allowed the rain and thunderstorms to linger over the foothills and Front Range urban corridor.

Lyons, Colorado (CNN) -- As Colorado copes with the aftermath of deadly floods, the high waters rolled toward Nebraska early Wednesday, where anxious residents prepared for potential overflows.

Runoff from Colorado flooding is coursing into neighboring Nebraska, forecasters said.

"The exact crest stages are still uncertain as the waters are just moving into Nebraska," the National Weather Service said. "It is possible that upcoming forecasts could change so those along the river should stay tuned for updated information."

The runoff is rushing down the South Platte River, which runs from south of Denver into Nebraska.

Colorado flood aftermath

In neighboring Colorado, where floods killed six and left hundreds unaccounted for, the numbers from last week's flooding are sobering.

State emergency management officials revised the statewide death toll downward from eight Tuesday.

At least 17 counties are affected with about 300 people unaccounted, state emergency officials said.

Most of the people on the unaccounted list are likely alive and well, but have failed to check in with authorities to let them know.

Evacuations ongoing

Larimer County rescue crews continued evacuating as many people as possible Tuesday, authorities said. The week's weather forecast looked favorable for crews, and forecasts called for only slight chances of afternoon storm midweek, officials said.

"At this point the mission is getting folks down off the mountain, getting them down safely," said Nick Christensen, executive officer of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

Homes tossed around

Many returned home to heartbreaking scenes. In the town of Lyons,15 miles north of Boulder, flood waters pushed entire houses around like furniture.

Streets are dotted with snapped power poles. Rescue workers and the National Guard members outnumber residents, who were forced to evacuate.

The two branches of the St. Vrain Creek bisect this town, and nearly swallowed it whole.

'Here's what's left'

Abe Vasquez tried to step through the living room of his 78-year-old mother's home. His feet slowly sank in the two feet of raw sewage that had pooled there.

"Here's what's left," Vasquez said. "That's her walker. That's the other one."

Stories of grief, generosity and gratitude

It took 79 years to build the place, Vasquez said. It took 24 hours for it all to disappear.

"It's gone," he said. "It's hard."

In nearby Longmont, Jeff Larsen considered himself a little more fortunate. His home is damaged. But at least it's still standing.

Like many, Casey Korbely wants to return home. But pictures from his Boulder County neighborhood show cars buried in mud, and a huge hole where a road once stood.

"The cops and firefighters said it would probably take two to three weeks before they can build a bridge and we can get our vehicles out. "

You certainly aren't loving people very much, as you are calling the flooding a "just judgment" in the aftermath of the recall elections - which tells me you 1) know little of the love of God and what it means; 2) know little of the Biblical distinction between what is Biblical self-defense and what is wholesale murder; and 3) you are absolutely, and indeed (it appears) willfully, ignorant as to what really happened in the re-call elections in Colorado.

As devestating and horrific as these floods are, people are coming together to help and support one another - just like one would expect believers to do. Yes, there is much misery and grief; but there are many willing to share their abundance and blessings with those who have been harmed by the flood. I see most people acting in a Christ-like manner rather than every man for himself.

As far as the recall - it has nothing to do with people wanting to take the law (or the Law) into their own hands. The people who were recalled were megalomaniac idiots who thought they know more than the people they represent. The recall being motivated by gun control legislation was just the straw that broke the camel's back and provided a rally point for normal people to dump these elitists who cared nothing for the people of rural Colorado (80% of the state) and just catered to the urban wealthy PC yuppies.

When God pours His wrath on the planet in the 7 bowls described in Revelation, we won't need to debate it - the wicked who have not been harvested from the earth will know it is divine retribution because of its intensity and extent. However, the US under the presidency of a former Baptist Sunday bible school teacher (President Jimmy Carter) did just the opposite. The US goal was first to seek the liberation of Afghanistan from Russian troops then to help them to keep such liberation while forgetting about God’s kingdom. Regretfully, the US obtained what it wished: Liberation of Afghanistan from the Russians while the kingdom of God was too far away from the hearts and minds of the people in Afghanistan. The spiritual emptiness created when the Kingdom of God and its righteousness is too far away from the human mind generates a condition where the Devil’s demons take control. This is how the kingdom of spiritual darkness, under the Prince of this world, his majesty Satan, was able to inspire 19 individuals the idea of going to heavens by killing themselves while piloting 4 American planes in order to crash them against the 2 WTC towers, the Pentagon and against an undisclosed location because the fourth plane missed its intended target by crashing in Pennsylvania.

It is very striking that while God used repetitive numbers in order to organize and give solemnity to Jewish holidays and festive events, the kingdom of suffering and darkness has found a “numerical niche” of 9 & 11’s where human pain and suffering is noted. So instead of thinking if the Russians should or should not be penalized for taking over Crimea, we should keep in mind the horrendous international political mess the United States, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom have created by fighting to take the Russians out of an invaded territory in Afghanistan in 1979 instead of fighting to get God’s Kingdom of love into the minds and hearts of all people in Russia in Afghanistan. This time around instead of fighting to get the Russians out of Crimea, Ukraine, we should raise our voices so the Russians and the people in the Crimean peninsula could allow God’s kingdom of love under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and through the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ to conquer the hearts and minds of as many people as possible in Ukraine, Crimea and Russia.
