He was born without propensities for sin.

That means He was never a slave to sin as we are by birth. His nature recoiled against our nature.....

Christ was also born full of the Holy Spirit - something that we don't receive until our baptism by the Spirit (different from baptism by water).

Even though there wasn't in Him the propensity to sin by taking our fallen nature He well knew our propensity to fall into it. I had stated that wrong before and want to clear that up.

Just as the enemy of souls now tempts me to be selfish with my money. Having accepted the Word (Jesus) I know it is more blessed to give than to receive. So I would propose then we might have reason to put this advice given by the Holy Spirit, to rest.

That is a good point. There are many false doctrines because people do not follow that advice

His Word! The foundation and fountain of all true wisdom and understanding. Man's wisdom and understanding is nothing in comparison. What true we do get will be from His Word!

Ro 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

I like your avatar, 12tribes. It does reveal at least some of us in America will rise to meet Jesus with joy, when He comes the second time. I'm not sure we'll be wearing suits and ties and have short hair though. LoL
