Some beards are nice, but not all! I met a guy who had so much beard that you could barely see his shoulders, and certainly not any of his face below his cheekbones. All I could wonder is, "What are you hiding?" I met a Jewish man from Europe who also had an abundant beard down to his belt, negating any need for a tie. He said he'd shave it, but his wife liked his beard, thus proving that such females do exist. If I had a beard like that, it would save a lot of Taco Bell stained shirts while traveling. LD Quote LD

It appears that the IRS doesn't believe my first filing and would like to see if I also owe an additional minimum tax. My husband came to the service, even though he hasn't been for quite a while, as sitting in church aggravates the pain in his back. The homily was great, done by an elderly pastor who is one of our assistants. He talked of the box of alabaster, containing the oil of spikenard that Mary poured on Jesus' feet being of about the price of a year's salary, and telling us that the aroma lasted through His last days and gave him comfort.
