Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted April 24, 2014 Members Posted April 24, 2014 **off topic** just want to chime in here... It's very common to bash the USA ... and in spite of the ridicule and bashing from people, from both those who live here and those in other countries.... from the early 1600's to now and beyond... in spite of the problems in America created by the unscrupulous, the inconsiderate, and the irresponsible ... in spite of the precarious economic situation where football coaches make more than university professors, physicians, and engineers.... in spite of the Westboro Baptist Church... in spite of it all... I truly believe there are more people in America (citizens and immigrants, the rich and famous, and the poor and needy), who believe in her, honor her, and try to improve her, than there are on the alternate side.. It's just that the ones who complain and bash the United States (which is not the same as pointing out issues that need to be changed) are so unabashedly and intentionally obnoxious, disrespectful, and overbearing, that they are the ones who get noticed.... and the others who truly have the best interests of America and the American people are abysmally silenced.. that said, really, the only thing in this thread that set me off was the Pravda article... do I trust the Russian news agency to report unbiased news regarding American intents and purposes? nyet, nyet, nyet!!! The American media certainly has its faults, but imho, it doesn't come close to the type of birdcage liners that Pravda comes up with... **back to topic** Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. Or, do you bash and tongue lash and not contribute anything positive to the situation? Millions of dollars are spent every year by American politicians in a bid to cast their opponents in the most negative light possible. They say this is done for the love of their country. You may recall that one leader said that his job was to ensure that the president fails. Bashing America is what many American's do as an expression of patriotism. They bash the government, the education system, the military, minorities, police, unions. etc. Is it just a particular kind of bashing you don't like? Quote: Please hear me well: I don't want to disappoint you, but I could care less about your place of birth or any other details about you ... only your attitudes and comments. Clearly, my comments about Cuba upset you personally. My Cuba comments were a tongue-in-cheek attempt to indicate that of course Cuba may have negative things to say about US involvement in MH370 but in this case they may have a reason for their crazy conspiracy. Maybe your comments about "leaving" were not directed a me but the context seemed to suggest that. Maybe I misunderstood. What is it about my comments and attitude that makes you so mad? Stan Posted April 25, 2014 Author Posted April 25, 2014 That cuban website, perhaps there are others, actually says very little about the USA. Other than reports on the Cuban 5 (5 anti-terrorist men who are in US Prisons,) and reports of support to stop the blockade between the two countries. Now back to the topic of MH370. Moderators lazarus Posted April 25, 2014 Moderators Posted April 25, 2014 You seem to have clearly spelled out the reasons for your numerous negative comments about the US. What would be the purpose of hijacking the flight, and never letting anyone know about it? It wold be stupid to think a jet could be re-outfitted to be used to do another suicide attack without it being shot down as an unidentified aircraft in air spaces of all countries. **off topic** "politicizing" disasters is a good way to ignore human tragedy - suffering doesn't need to be addressed... **back to topic** Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. Aliensanctuary Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 The takedown of WTC 7 was a real eye-opener for me, like a textbook case of large-structure demolition. That took weeks of preparation to set up all of the thermite charges. Same story for the twin towers, both of which collapsed after the thermite charges rigged in them were ignited. That crisis, I believe, was just a practice run for the next false-flag disaster on our soil, likely thermonuclear. At that point we'll all be at the mercy of those really running this country when the hidden dragon will be revealed, not a friendly dragon. Flight 370 certainly seemed to have professional help in making it disappear, and maybe the search area misleads were all intentional. Many things will be hidden from us until the Great Judgment Day when all secrets will be revealed. Quote The Parable of the Lamb and the Pigpen https://www.createspace.com/3401451

LifeHiscost Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Quote: Same story for the twin towers, both of which collapsed after the thermite charges rigged in them were ignited. Has it ever occurred to anyone how much more collateral human destruction would have happened if the WTC buildings had fallen sideways instead of in their own footprint? "If" there was deliberate demolition charges, it was like taking the lessor of two options, particularly as it would apply to human loss, a good reason for deliberate demolition charges being set. As to building 7, I have a sense there was something in there the U.S. did not want to be broadcast openly. What they didn't count on was an Edward Snowden. Something that might have been unnecessary after 911, were the below paid more attention to as a nation. "And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them."
