The picture was hilarious.  On a more serious note, I actually new an SDA woman that almost died from vitamin A poisoning after going on an all carrot diet for about 3 months.  Some SDA's just get a little weird on diet fads.

Jo Mo beat me to it.  One can overdose on Vitamin A with very serious consequences.

The woman actually turned orange!  Took the pigmentation about 6 months to recover.
