wait a minute.  I've never seen Haystacks made with tortilla chips – they're made with Fritos.

I have seen, in many potlucks, including one yesterday, that was made with tortilla chips.

I've seen casseroles made like haystacks, but with tortilla chips.  .... How would you eat a haystack made with tortilla chips?  Seems like it would be difficult with a fork.
